B. C.THEY WILL NOT RETURN A PHONE CALL AFTER INSTALLATION!
I am almost at the point of filing a small claims court lawsuit against them, as they put a new TPO roof on my house in April 24, rain blew in during the 2 hurricanes. Called them at least 15 times, but THEY NEVER CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Still waiting for sheetrock repair, probably $2-3,000. Jeff is a very nice guy, but will lie through his teeth on the phone or to your face and swear he will come right out. Visited office, and he was coming right out.....LIED AGAIN! Started this process on 10/14/24 (over 2 months so far). Filed complaint with DPR already, and small claims is next.
DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
