Contract signed 9/21/2023. At first, the job would be completed by Halloween, then Thanksgiving, then Christmas, then the end of January. It was completed by the end of February. Each month, until completed cost me hundreds of additional dollars of insurance.

Contracted for driveway protected with plywood and tarps, air conditioning units protected with plastic/tarps, new lead stacks, vent pipes, roof vents, all vents painted to match roof color, and installation of solar exhaust vent. NONE OF WHICH HAPPENED. I had to have the air conditioning units serviced to remove metal nails and other debris.

There was a section of roofing that leaked, and the company did redo the roof and take care of all the water damage. Unfortunately, in the end the job cost me thousands of dollars over the price of the roof. (all the contractors were very pleasant)

I can't say enough about Dura Guard Roofing! From my initial meeting with Sergio through my final inspection with Ismale, the experience was fantastic. They handled everything! I had a complete tear off and re-roof. They did what they said they would, when they said it would be done and they handled the weather great and kept us dry! The crew on the roof was professional, did beautiful work and left the property looking better than before they started. We had one minor issue that Chuck and Sergio resolved promptly and very satisfactorily. Their pricing was very competitive and their warranty is better than most. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I was researching an estimate for a new roof for my house! I spoke to Doug who was very nice and he was very knowledgeable and helpful! The price quoted was out of my price range!

This company is unreliable and dishonest. We ordered 2 roofs with this company at the sam time. We were given a price of $2700 for the top grade tile. When they finished they wanted to charge us another $8,000 for the extra ""sheeting plywood"" - we settled on half (since they could not prove they used 35 sheets.
Both permits were taken out in December. For some reason they applied for an ""insta permit"" (this way the inspector does not have to come out in person to approve) - the problem is they didn't take pictures to send to the town for approval. We are now in limbo with an open permit - set to EXPIRE in 25 days.
The owner does not answer the phone and they keep stalling and putting us off. When it expires, we plan to sue. Do yourself a BIG favor and DO NOT USE this company.
