When I went Dunlap roofing, our roof leaked at the juncture of the roof and our solarium. After paying the company a lot of money... it leaks worse than before. I am totally dissatisfied with the work. Dunlap went so far as to send me a picture of a piece of rotting wood at the juncture with the roof that they did nothing to rectify. No wonder it still leaks. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I wasted my money.

Stephen Dunlap Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on our home on the Mendocino Coast.

He was fast, thorough, and excellent in his communication on scheduling.

In addition to the roof, he also replaced several skylights and gutters.

Also he left minimal clean-up, far less than I expected.

We have had our first big storms since the roof was completed, and everything is GREAT!

Dunlap Roofing reroofed an outbuilding for us. It required replacement of about 1/3 of the rafters, all lookouts, all fascia and all but 2 sheets of decking. Also had them install 2 skylights.

The carpentry was top notch and everything looks great. Steve Dunlap had a 5 man crew there most of the time. They were well coordinated, efficient and fast. Everyone was quite amiable and easy to work with if I had questions.

They left the site very clean and even neatly folded the huge tarp that was covering the building and stowed it under the structure.

The price was very competitive and completed quickly with great quality. We're very happy with the new roof!

Dunlap replaced my ""lifetime"" roof when it started leaking. Had to remove the old and replace. His team did a great job of keeping us informed as absentee owners. Photos of the job throughout the process. He has also stood by his work years later. Honest and fair.

After 22 years with a flat Bitumen membrane roof we wished to overlay the membrane as a step in periodic preventative maintenance. We contacted six local roofing contractors. Steve Dunlap recommended a two part high quality liquid rubber product. This product is very expensive but the Dunlap quote was fair and accepted. Steve provided excellent communication throughout the project using both e-mail and telephone. He dispatched his crew so as to work around frequent periods of rain, high humidity, and cold temperatures. Steve kept his commitments. We are pleased with his recommendation and for the professional application of this high quality 2-part plus top coat product. We would use Dunlap Roofing and this Iron Sentry 2 part Elastommeric Polyurethane Membrane again.
