George Ashworth ..If I could give zero stars I would. Dan Duncan said he would seal mine and neighbors combined roof and flashing over garages with 2 coats of sealant. He said he was done so he was paid and left. After checking the next day it was obvious he hadn't used enough material for even 1 complete coat and never put any material on any of the flashing. After several calls where he said he would be here the next day never showed up. Also said he would replace and paint 20 feet of facia board. He did replace 4 foot section but never came back to paint it. Just rained and roof is still leaking. This guy is a scam artist!
