I had called Duffy because I was having a leak in my roof over my kitchen and needed an emergency tarp put on my roof until I could have my home owners insurance come out and look. They came 5 hours later after it had been actively leaking and raining all day and they originally told me they would arrive with in an hour of speaking to them. Once I got the approval to replace roof from insurance I contacted Duffy to have them do replacement for the amount that insurance had agreed to pay. They came on a Saturday to start roofing. Once my roof was off and decking was exposed in a separate part of the home then the original leak we realized more then the roof had to replaced in that area. It needed new decking, insulation and roof shingles. I could not get in touch with my home owner insurance company to get this approved because it was a Saturday. The man from Duffy that had completed the sale swore up and down that it would be covered under insurance but if it wasn't they would do it for a set additional cost. I agreed to the extra work and the set price on top of what insurance already agreed to pay. Once work was done insurance did not pay for the additional work. Duffy had fabricated the cost of things even adding a cost for a second dumpster to be delivered that was NEVER there. All to get more insurance money. But once insurance did not agree to pay for the extra and once we already paid the first set amount to complete the roof and agreed upon amount for extras Duffy is now threatening to put a lean on my home because I have not paid the extra FLUFFED amount they tried to squeeze from insurance that was not even the correct information. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF INSURANCE COMPANIES AND THE HOME OWNERS WHO THEY KNOW ARE IN A TIGHT SPOT WHEN HAVING ROOF ISSUES.

Awesome! From the first phone call, everything was great. They came right out to check out our damage from the hurricane. They went over all our insurance paperwork and made sure we understood every line. Once we signed our contract with them, we had supplies delivered within a week, and a brand new roof put on a few days after that. They whole process took less than two weeks. They have been great in communicating with us, definitely going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Could not have asked for a better experience!!
