They pulled a permit like they were supposed to but the address was wrong. Workmanship was good. They gave a five year workmanship warranty. The sealing around the vents needed improvement, which they did. The quality of the shingles are also good with Owens Corning Warranty. They started the project as soon as they stated. However, the skipped a day and went to another project without letting us know. Then they showed up late the next day. Communication was challenging: no answer most of the time, had to leave numerous messages. The pricing was good overall but they charged $60 for a 2X4 when we did not even use the 3 sheets of plywood included in the contract. It was difficult to get completion photos from them but finally got them.

I asked about a sheet of plywood that should have been replaced. They said, ""No Speak English."" I took a photo and sent it to the county codes. 10 minutes later, the same person told me, ""You didn't have to do that!""

They also managed to puncture a flashing while scraping off old stuff, and refused to admit it was their problem. It took me 18 months and several attempts to find it, and we finally just sealed the entire length of the flashing.

That photo of the blue tarp on my roof is deceptive use. I submitted it to show Duffield that the four day old tarp had ripped all the way down the front. I was not a happy camper. Didn't get my money back.I ended up paying another company to put a professional grade tarp on. They couldn't believe how thin and cheap Duffield's tarp was. Like a paper towel. You could poke your finger through it easily.

The guy who installed it actually fell off my roof and later broke my outdoor water faucet pipe and they had to hire a plumber to come out and repair it. I was without water for several hours.

I don't know how their roofing work is but they were irresponsible and a joke as far as my job was concerned. Basically lost around $2500. Just saying.

We had a very pleasant experience with everyone at Duffield Home Improvements. The estimator showed up on time, provided the estimate in a timely manner, clearly explained the process and products. The production team did a wonderful job and kept the site extremely clean. We are very satisfied with the end result. I have already given their name to 3 of my neighbors that were impressed with the job Duffield's did. We got quotes from 5 other companies in town and nobody compared in terms of overall value
