This company's motto is 'Redefining the Roofing Experience'. They have indeed done that...redefined it as ""pathetically unprofessional"". They were engaged to repair my mom's roof after hurricane Michael. The newly 'repaired' roof leaked buckets of water the next time it rained. The leak ruined new ceilings and drywall that had just been installed. When the foreman was told that his crew did inferior work, he responded by asking, ""How long have you been in the roofing business?"" I was bewildered, since I didn't think I had to be an expert to recognize a leak. DUBO agreed to remove their failed repair and replace it. Our roofing experience was again redefined as, you guessed it, severe leaks ruined the inside once more. My mom's house is 70 years old and has had several roof replacements without leaks. DOBO Roofing has questionable ethics and is completely unprofessional in all respects (with exception of their highly polished sales staff and impressive brochure). I wish I had consulted YELP prior to my mom engaging their services, since our experience is more closely aligned to Gerald W's.

Terrible experience. Did not show up on agreed start date, did not return phone calls. After a week of this I called the owner on a Thursday and he committed to start on the next Monday. The two-day job took 5 days. They left sheets of wood and packages of shingles in the driveway for another week and did not clean it up until we refused to pay. It was agreed at the signing of the contract that the job would be paid for when complete, the mess cleaned up, the screen they destroyed repaired and approval of final inspection. We received 6 phone calls and a visit for the cheque prior to the all of this. The next day everything was done and I drove the cheque to their office as we did not want them on the property again. On the positive side the crew did a good job on the roof, it's the management that's is the issue. Never again!

Dubo roofing (sales Bruce Hamilton) did an excellent job on our roof from sales cycle all the way to final inspection. Options were clearly explained and recommendations made but it was left to us to make the final decisions with absolutely no pressure. We were impressed not only with the quality of the work but with the 'every evening' cleanup. They were able to begin work even sooner than their original estimate. We had received estimates from a few other companies so knew Dubo's pricing was competitive. A couple of issues came up, as they always will, and they were taken care of immediately and without question. Based on their performance we decided to have them also re-roof another property of ours. Highly recommend contacting Dubo Roofing for an estimate on your roof.

Couldn't have been more pleased with this company. They explained everything clearly, all work was done on the dates given, and the owner came to the house to make sure I was happy with the final product. At least three other homes on our street used DUBO and all were just as happy with the results. Highly ethical and professional company!

Slow service.
The office never returns phone calls, ever, ever, ever.
Shows up months after appointment to start repairs. Says that invoices are sent but they never are which impacts ability to file claims or taxes.

An absolutely worthless business! Not only do they perform unauthorized work without a required contract, they fail to obtain the required county permits. The reason they operate this way is clear, they are unskilled, and incompetent to perform work that can pass building codes. AVOID AT ALL COST!
