Don't you hate that gut wrenching feeling when you need to call a repairman but you're worried they may be shady and overcharge you? DT Roofing is a solid company! We used them in 2019 for our roof replacement and were so happy we used them again for another roof and gutter replacement for my mother in law this year. They did not disappoint. The cost is more than fair and their work is excellent! They're super reliable and communicative. They really have pride in maintaining a good customer relationship and their high standing in the community is well deserved!

Initially used DT to replace a roof on a home. Two of the guys who actually replaced the roof were excellent but the workers who were sent to pull the old roof off were not effective and damaged a rock fence. They left trash and cigarette butts in the yard around the house each day they were here. We had DT do a cement job around the exterior of the home also and had issues with concrete being drained from the truck down a gravel driveway. No apologies were given, just an assurance they would cover it up with more gravel. When it rains, the gravel washes out in those places now. They are now finishing a small bathroom in the home and multiple labor/quality/time issues with the foreman running the job continues. The one bright spot has been the workman that replaced the back patio, he has been professional and completed work in a timely manner. DT was supposed to replace a ramp to the patio for the older woman who lives in the home but the estimate DT provided was more expensive than the patio they just replaced for her. The ramp was discussed and measurements taken before DT started on the patio/ramp job. If you do business with DT make sure you get their project managers to include every item you discuss in each job. Make sure you track the deposits they get up front to start a project and that those amounts are deducted from the final bill on each project.

We recently had our roof damaged by hail. We were working with several area roofers to get estimates , including DT Roofing. Unlike the other roofers , who were only interested in getting a quick insurance job for replacement shingles , DT Roofing and Duane Sparks listened to us when we told them that if possible , we would like to use this opportunity to upgrade to a metal roof if it was not too much of an additional expense. One other roofer went so far as to tell us that a metal roof would actually detract from the appearance of our home. Duane was able to get us a metal roof , and the total cost was less than $ 1000 over the cost of the insurance company's estimate. For a minimal out of pocket outlay we now have an attractive , durable roof that will long outlast any shingle roof. Additionally , the metal roof is rated UL Class 4 wind and hail resistant , which has resulted in a substantial discount on our homeowner's insurance. Duane and the DT Roofing personnel were easy to work with and he followed up closely with us and our insurance company throughout the process.

They were here when they said they would be here and quick to complete the job. All of their employees were extremely professional, friendly, and cleaned up after each day. Derek, the owner of DT Roofing, is the best! We needed an assessment of my Mother's roof prior to finalizing a Real Estate contract for the sale of the property and Derek personally came to our rescue. He was able to provide the assessment within 3 days at no charge. Fortunately, my Mom's roof was in perfect condition, so no additional services were required of DT Roofing. However, I can't say enough about Derek's prompt service and honesty. When my husband and I need a new roof, I am definitely going with DT Roofing!

Excellent service and communication!

Originally hired another ""painter"" in town but at the last minute he decided that their quote was wrong and he needed to charge more.

I immediately called DT and the work was scheduled for the next day and completed promptly and proffessionally!

very pleased with how they guided us throughout the entire process.
We had a ""roof extension"" project, with a ""not the norm"" kinda
situation............and DT Roofing helped us from ""conception"" of the
roofing idea, until the finished product. Not only did we end up
with a beautiful new roof line.............we got a structurally sound,
""built to last"", gorgeous new roof for the entire new roof area. They
were here starting very early in the morning, and at the end of each
working day, all product, all trash items, all extra product........was
picked up and put away. They even had a tool to pick up tacks and
nails, and other metal objects on our property. Soooo efficient, soooo
detail oriented, and such a nice, hard working DT Team, too. We are
soooooo pleased, and we will continue to make referrals for this top
notch roofing company--- because our praise is honest and most
deserved by Mr. Hurtado and his team. Great product, at a great
price, in a timely manner. It's a win/win.............for sure. Thank you
