This company supposedly put a brand new roof on my home in Feb. 2021, this was a part of a contractual agreement when I bought my house. I moved in in March 2021 and by September 2021 my roof was leaking!! I contacted this company immediately, as they were the ones who put this roof on no less than 6 months prior, and the owner was a HUGE jerk about it. Repeatedly, day after day, he would tell me he was coming out between this time and that time and NEVER SHOWED UP. Rescheduled on me after the given time frame window (wasting my time and money as I would stay home from work to make sure I was there for him), and also claimed he DOES NOT HAVE TO FIX MY ROOF (THAT HE INSTALLED LESS THAN 6 MONTHS PRIOR) BECAUSE HE CONTRACT WAS WITH THE PREVIOUS OWNER AND NOT ME. -- uhh, thats not how that works sir. Your contract in with MY HOME and therefore with ME. After refusing to come out to simply look at the damages, I finally filed a claim through the BBB and DBPR. Magically he had a worker show up to my home that very next morning. The worker ""did"" the repair and went on his way and I went on mine. until today. After a little rain the last few days I noticed my roof is once again leaking, IN THE SAME SPOT. THE SAME ONE THE REPAIR WAS SUPPOSEDLY DONE ONE. and now, I additionally have ANOTHER problem due this, where theres a huge water pocket in the wall now. I cannot NOT RECOMMEND this business enough. The owner is extremely rude and the work is far less than sub par. Ill now have to make a claim through my homeowners insurance and find another company to fix the roof all due to neglect from this company. Not to mention they charged the other homeowners over $34,000 for a shingle roof installation, and the roof has now had 2 major issues in just over a year. NOT WORTH THAT PRICE AT ALL. Do yourselves a favor and find someone else.
