We have used Diversified Roofing for more than 10 years. They are quick to respond and very detailed in their repairs. Very well priced and great customer service! I have no problem recommending them to others.

Will totally use this company again and again. Yeah they charged to come out and inspect to give me a quote for repair of my roof. BUT they applied that charge to my final repair billing. Nice surprise. They were very professional in the repair and cleaned up. Their employees were were respectful and courteous.

Mimi love your review, it's like you work there, oh wait you do, funny.

Here is how my project went, I had the unfortunate displeasure of having my main contractor sub out the roofing portion to these guys, I am assuming they were the lowest bid as per the quality of the work and the zero customer service provided.

Project starts 3 weeks late due to them putting it off the first week then having possible rain the following 2, not a big deal you can't control the rain. Finally get the project started, he estimates 4 days to do the job. 15 business days later we are ALMOST finally done, just waiting on the dryer vent. This includes the last 3 days that I have required them to return to fix several quality control issues as the actual owner will only arrive the very first day and push his crew to expedite the project regardless of the final appearance.

These issues included over 20 screws put right on through my living room ceiling, broken and cracked tiles on the roof, a section of tiles bubbled up almost 2 inches from the surface of the roof, and on one portion of roof with a 3 inch gap between the tile and the wall of the structure.

Hey again things happen but this is where it gets fun! While you the client are I guess expected to climb up on your roof daily to see the corners they are cutting on your project and inform them that situation ""x"" unacceptable you get blank stares and half hatched illogical explanations such as ""oh the tile is all bubbled up like that because it is a flat tile"".

Ok then why is the other 90% of the tile flat and flush with the roof and only here is not. Blank stare, ""oh well actually that didn't make sense huh, well the real reason is there is a wood there that we didn't remove sorry"". Interesting in the contract it said remove and replace wood as needed, there goes half a day to fix what was a visible problem from over half a block away.

About the 20+ screws through the ceiling, well ""how could we have known they were going to do that"" golly guys I don't want to tell you how to do your job but I think once upon a time on a DIY show they used this method called measuring. Then after they accidentally forget to remove the screws and are telling me no we are all done I get them to remove the screws, great! Then it gets better, guess what is left after removing screws like that? Holes! I guess I am very difficult to please as I required them to return yet again to fill the holes, I guess I should have just went and bought the caulk and did it myself the way I repeatedly had to remind them they are not done with the mess they created.

The solution for the last broken tile they missed was to saw it off at a clean angle and do the same to the other side after i insisted i would not sign off on a brand new roof with a broken tile on it. Great job team it's like I never even noticed it, note the recurring theme of having to fight to get anything done right, and even then they will do it half a**ed as soon as you are not looking.

The gap they actually just cut a piece of tile and fit it in as they should have in the beginning but again the reasoning is nothing short of amusing, assuming you still have a sense of humor at this point in your project that is now taking over 3 times as long as they thought. ""oh that gap doesn't matter because there is a water catch underneath so it won't leak"" great so don't mind the 3 inch gap that looks like you ran out of tile (noticed that the other side and the matching part of roof on the house was all flush within an inch as it should be) but hey maybe consistency isn't what we are looking for, again I am obviously extremely hard to please expecting such precision from a supposedly professional company.

Zero consideration was given to the amount of effort I had to put forth to end up with a presentable finished project, the real icing on the cake it when you get a certified letter sent to you that you have to waste your time going to the post office from their supplier about a pre lien on your property if you don't respond due to how long they took on your project, no worries I really do enjoy wasting my time due to your incompetence. Then when you finally call the owner yet again he will be condescending to you and down right insulting in his assumption of your ignorance, then he will chuckle like this is some kind of joke. Unfortunately he is right finally on that last item, it is a joke just not a funny one.

To sum it up, you would be better off buying your materials yourself and hiring day labors because you will have to do his job of project manager anyways so you might as well save some money.

Note the final product is acceptable but the process was horrendous and unless you enjoy having to call your construction guy 5 times over the course of a roofing project and then on top of it still have to bring them back to do it the right way save yourself the trouble and hire someone else.
