I had a really good experience using this local company. They told me from the beginning that there's a bit of a wait to get the re-roof done since the last rounds of storms and hurricanes in September 2017. They came out a day or so after my first call, gave me an estimate and did a repair to hold us over until we get the new roof put on.

The new roof is on and my house looks like a brand new house. We've gotten a 10 year warranty and the guys working on my roof were nice. I believe the owner was at my house everyday making sure the job was done right.

I'm a fan of local companies and not impressed by those large companies that treat you like a number. Owner operated local roofer is the way to go!

I called DR&G today, almost 2 weeks after Hurricane Irma and left a message with the answering service. Gail called me back very quickly but was clearly not focused on customer service. She cut me off when I tried to tell her the issue, saying she doesn't need details because she had 10 other calls trying to come through. She said she could have someone out Monday afternoon which I was fine with. I started to tell her if I was able to find someone sooner I would call back so they wouldn't waste their time coming out. However before I could say most of it she interrupted and said ""you do that Mrs. *, you find somebody else"" and hung up. If she is truly the business owner that type of behavior is pathetic and she should be ashamed to represent the company in such a manner. My roof could totally disappear before I ever called DR&G in Geneva FL again - nor do I recommend them.

This company is amazing!
The crew that installed my grandma's roof were hardworking, polite, and extremely efficient! I totally recommend them to anyone looking for this service!
