Well these guys have a customer for life. I am always so anxious about hiring people to fix issues with my house because there are so many people who will overcharge or just generally be shady. When I first bought my house, there were some issues with roof leaks, and the initial person I talked to quoted me an absolutely insane amount and kept trying to upcharge me. Drew Roofing was able to tell me exactly what the issue was, didn't try to upsell and fixed the issue for a super reasonable price. And now a little over a year later, I woke up to a leak in my bedroom ceiling. They sent someone over to take a look at the issue, which I was expecting to cost me a ton. Well, the super nice person who stopped by saw that it was a very tiny hole and fixed it right then and there in about 60 seconds flat. AND HE DID IT FOR FREE! Y'all save my hide for REAL. And that freebie was definitely an investment, because I'll 100% be calling them for any future roof issue.

I cannot speak to the quality of this business' work, but I can speak to the quality of the crews they hire. They are true bottom dwellers. I live in a quiet neighborhood, and we all expect work to occur from time to time. However, for the third straight day, I have asked the workers to turn down their excessively loud music. They not only disregard the requests but turn the noise up in response. This also requires them to yell over the music and other work site noises. I called the business listed on the trucks' doors. The office staff was receptive, even friendly, but ineffective at quelling the offensive noises. I will never use this company and will share my experiences with anyone who will listen. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company for your roofing needs.

Needed roofing help. Very happy to find Drew Roofing. They made it easy from estimate to job completion. Drew came out within days of my request to provide estimate. Which was received the next day. A couple of weeks later my issue was resolved by Dillon and team. Was extremely happy with friendly service, quality of work and overall ease of doing business with. Several times other roofers called for complete replacement when repairs could be accomplished and still offer several years of life left. If Drew says replacement is necessary, I believe him. They did an acceptable job on my roof about 8 years ago but said they would provide the wind mitigation paperwork so I could get my insurance discount and never did. I called and emailed them repeatedly asking for the paperwork and I got the run around for months. I suspect this is because they didn't actually do what was required to pass an insurance inspection and get the wind mitigation discount. I have paid considerably more for my insurance for years because of their refusal to provide what I told I was paying for. If you use them, get EVERYTHING in writing first.

We needed a 30 year old skylight replaced. Drew came out the very next day I called and gave me a proposal with two different types of skylight listed. We chose the more expensive one as it was tempered glass. The installers were friendly and professional and did a thorough job. I will definitely use this company for any future roofing needs. Drew and his office staff are very helpful and friendly!
