I spent $11,000 out of my own pocket and Dreamworks has been a major disappointment since the first day of installation. I had a new roof put on in March 2020. As of Nov 2020, roofing errors still exist from the job that was completed by Dreamworks. Property damage still exists from the job as well and it's been 8 months. Communication has been an absolute nightmare. Phone calls, emails, text messages, doesn't matter. I've had conversations with the business manager, the owner (who even visited my home), the on-site supervisor (who was an absolute joke of a supervisor. Worst supervisor I've ever had to work with) and even the department head. Roofing crew tore my yard all up with a massive off-road forklift. Damaged brick pathways, broke string lights in backyard, used blocks from my fire pit and flower beds without my consent or permission and did not place back as they found them. Yard was half put back together and half reseeded even after multiple promises to fully sand and seed it. Wouldn't have even gotten seed had I not come home for an unannounced lunch break and seen that they were just going to cover up all the dames with straw only. My facia and drip edge are crooked and leaking and after over a dozen conversations, countless text messages and a multitude of emails with Dreamworks this issue still has not been resolved. Worst contracting company I've ever had to work with. Huge regret and I do not recommend them to anyone as their customer service is beyond awful. They only care about getting your money. Once they're paid, they're incredibly difficult to get to complete any unfinished work. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

After trying several times to get our home owners insurance to cover our leaky roof and being turned down, Dreamworks made it happen. The roofing team was great. Our roof is beautiful! The sales team and office are another story. Right from there start there was pressure. Almost like the kind you'd receive from a pushy car salesman. It's been a stressful process that is still continuing 4 weeks later.
