    This company reached out to me through Costco. I was initially impressed with their promptness when it came to scheduling an appointment for a consultation. As the appointment day approached I was bombarded with phone calls from several different phone numbers to confirm my appointment even though I already confirmed with one of their operators. Then I received a text the morning of the appointment informing me that my appointment was cancelled and that they would ""love to get back on the calendar"". I hadn't looked up the company, assuming that going through Costco would be safe. I am grateful that it was cancelled after reading all the poor reviews on here and Google.

    I am posting again to let you know they still haven't reached out too me. Please do not use this company they will rip you off. Shane and Ryan are so unhelpful and offering only 250 dollars for a 6 months of a mess. They had to redo a complete shower and fix the other one going through my wall.. I am paying 35,000 for a horrible job.I will keep posting until someone contacts me

    I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided during our shower installation. The communication throughout the project was poor and only seemed to improve when payment was due. The installation itself was subpar--so much so that your team had to return, dismantle the work, and start over. What was initially promised to be a straightforward job ended up taking six months to complete, and not once did anyone from Dreamstyle call to apologize or offer any acknowledgment of the delays and inconvenience we experienced.

    I expected a prompt response addressing these issues, along with an explanation for both the significant delays and the lack of communication, but got nothing but silence!!

    The company sucks, I don't know how they stay in business.

    Dreamstyle remodeling installed my new enlarged shower. It is beautiful and exactly as we planned. It was finished in 4 days and the construction crew was very efficient and respectful of our home. Jennifer was our project planner and she was so helpful. I would do it all again!

    We had our shower remodeled in mid December and it is not finished. We have called several times and no one calls back. The shower walls do not go up to the ceiling like it shows in the brochure. The molding is unfinished. It looks horrible. For the money we are spending it should be perfect. I would not recommend this company for any remodeling. I am very disappointed in Dreamstyle remodeling. My next step is to file a complaint with the
    Better Business Bureau.

    This company has been unresponsive to my requests to correct water leaking from beneath the sliding door tracks onto the bathroom floor every time my newly installed shower is used! My observation is that the glass sliding door metal tracks may have been bent somewhat so they do not sit squarely upon the shower pan base . Whether that is accurate or not, in any case, the installation did not completely seal the tracks to the base!
    At the completion of the one-day remodeling process, the technician who did the complete job by himself, advised me to wait 24 hours before using the shower to allow materials to dry and set. He also stated that id there were to be any concerns about the shower to contact him directly since he would be the prime person to address them since he had done the work. I waited 48 hours before I took my first shower.
    In short, I tried to call the technician several times but received no answer nor was I able to leave a voice message. I also sent text messages that went unanswered. I called the phone number of the office that had scheduled my installation and heard a recorded message that if I had any concerns about my install to contact the Project Manager. I had not previously had contact with him but tried calling the phone number of his I'd been given. Again I had no answer nor was I able to leave a voice message. I then sent a text to introduce myself and explain my reason for making contact. Again, no response. My next attempt to remedy my leaking problem was made to the design consultant who had come to my home to measure and sell me the renovation. He DID return my call and asked me to send my concerns via email to 2 people and gave me their email addresses. He also expressed interest in returning to my home to see my concern first hand. I encouraged him to do so. I immediately composed the email message and sent it. I received no response to my email messages from either recipient. A week later I forwarded my email message to the consultant telling him I'd had no response from anyone. I again called an left a voice mail message which was returned to tell me he'd received my message but since he works mostly during the day and my work commitment time is in the evenings it was not possible to speak directly. He evidently did not make contact with anyone to get in touch with me to resolve my leaking shower!
    The company's 100% Lifetime Warranty appears to be a joke! Let the buyer beware!!!

    I signed the agreement and went home and thought about it and cancelled the contract within 2 hours of the contract signature. Since I used a lender, the lender paid them the whole amount the same day that I signed the contract and now I can't get Dream style to refund the money to the lender and the lender said it's not their problem and that I owe them. I have called Dream style 20 times and the financial department is in a meeting or they are not in the office. (that is what I am told)

    Don't do last payment.
    All they need to do is one more shelf and some shower adapters that they forgot to bring during install. Waiting, had calls and had a specific 15 nov, I will be there, appointment. Now 17 November, I am back to Waiting again...
    I would avoid this company.

    Trash company to work for, Paul the manager still owes me my last check he shorted me money from 3 months ago and still hasn't paid me. They the worste company to work for and their materials are low quality but high priced STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Had them do a redo of our bathroom tub, replaced with a nice shower. Process was OK. Not great. End result was so so. The shower door when you step in is really short, like below the level of the shower head. You have bow down a bit to step in. They said ""That's normal"". I complained and no one even bothered to reach out to try to address the issue.
