I was experiencing a significant roof leak and called Bob. He was responsive and very friendly but drew a conclusion very quickly without much investigation about the location and cause of my problem and spent an hour or so ""fixing it"". By the time we had another significant rain his warranty had run out but the lead was as bad as ever. This time I called a real roofer who found the problem which was clearly visible from a careful inspection of the flat roof. It was about 15 feet from Bob's identified issue and rather than it being ""a little problem about the edges of the roof lifting"" it was a gaping rotting hole in the plywood under the tar which showed as a round soft spot on the roof. I had to put a new roof on. Dr. Seal Good turned out to be a waist of time and money for me.

I was referred to Dr. Seal Good by a friend who spoke very highly of Bob's skill in finding and fixing leaks and his integrity -- Bob did not disappoint.

Bob and I spoke on the phone at length and texted about a leak I had in my garage and the potential causes of it. I was in a hurry to get the leak fixed ASAP, and Bob was able to come to my house to fix the leak the same day I hired him (without me or anybody else home, which made things super convenient). As luck would have it, it rained overnight the same day Bob came out, and not a drop came through my garage!

Bob is a straight shooter -- he's not going to try to sell you a new roof when you don't need it like a lot of other companies -- and his prices are very fair. Bob seems exceptionally skilled at his craft because the source of my leak wasn't easy to detect by untrained eyes. As icing on the cake, Bob inspected my whole roof while he was up there and fixed various issues he saw -- all included in the original price. I'll definitely call Bob again if I spring a leak!

Y'all were right, Bob is legit. Never did I think he was taking me for a ride. He cares about your satisfaction and he takes great pride in the work he does. He would absolutely be my first choice to anyone needing a roof specialist. After years of owning my home he really was my favorite person I've had come and do work on it.

Purchased a new home and needed repairs. I've owned other homes and was going to get multiple estimates since most roofers overcharge. But after speaking with Bob and sending him pictures of the concerns, he came back with an appropriate and very honest assessment. He took the time to walk me through each area of the picture by phone and assured me it was not a big deal. Bob came out promptly and got the work done on one of the hottest days in the summer with a smile and no complaints. I also called him for general advice on rain gutters and he was ready and willing to chat about it and give advice even though he wouldn't benefit financially from it.
