Wow. Four months after hail damage from the Great Mansfield Hail Storm of June 5th 2018 my roof began showing signs of leaking. I filed a claim and received the insurance money and went searching for a roofer. A friend in my neighborhood recommended DR Roofing.
Mark came out and, after examining the insurance paper work, was able to not only replace the roof within the insurance estimate, but also provide an upgrade to 30 year shingles - cool tan & white colored ones!
He explained that they were going to replace all the rotted wood panels and were going to put in metal under-gutters where the arched part of the roof met the flat of the roof - something the original roof did not have - and use a thick plastic sheeting for the under-layer instead of (cheaper) tar paper. Wow.
After his crew finished - and they were a delightful bunch, laughing and singing to their music the whole time - the results were stunning. They finished in seven hours, including a good clean-up, and when I walked the perimeter I saw the overhang was longer than before and that the replaced metal trim was perfectly straight.
Walking the roof, solid footing was underneath and I saw perfect seams and perfectly straight lines - and they had painted my metal chimney and the vent hoods that the insurance did not replace to match the roof!
Wow!
Look, do you need a new roof? Then don't think twice about it, call DR roofing.
