I didn't have good experience with them. They damaged my home by cutting the sheet rock through into the next room. The owner doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. At least a proper apology could go a long way.

I was referred by AHS( American Home Shield) to DPM plumbing to investigate and repair a leak on my kitchen floor. The leak was noticeable when running water through kitchen sink. However, there was no leak present when dishwasher was running. DPM plumber looked at the leak and immediately said the pipe under the foundation was broken. He would send a digging crew to dig from the backyard under the slab and change the pipe. Couple of days later they sent me an estimate of $3600(minimum) for digging and repairing up to one foot of 2"" PVC sewer pipe. I was then referred by my friend to a master plumber. He came and diagnosed a blockage in the main pipe. The main sewer line is cast iron which is attached to PVC pipes. So, through the main clean out pipe in the front yard and the smaller clean out in the backyard he removed the blockage and the leak stopped. His charge was $135. Two weeks later, a lady from DPM called me to send someone to send a camera down the pipe to find the leak. My response to her was this company was a dishonest company and they try to take advantage of somebody's misfortune. I told her the problem was solved by a fraction of their estimate. She said she would tell her manager to call me. I would expect no call from them. They don't deserve any star but I have to give them at least one for review to be submitted.

Like many reviewers, DPM was sent by American Home Shield to replace my water heater in September 2016. They replaced the water heater, but I discovered yesterday they did not install an expansion tank that is required by code. An expansion tank that was not covered by my home warranty and that I paid $800 for. With further research, I also discovered that a permit was filed w/ the city but the technician never had an inspector come out. I am currently on hold with AHS to determine our next steps.

NOT GOOD AT ALL! As a faithful customer of AHS; I also have experienced negative results from DPM Plumbing. My service request was for a replacement of older hot water heater. Well, after paying for the initial $75 for initial inspection. DPM advised me that all repairs would be covered and they would be arriving within 2 to 3 days to replace the item. After taking off work for the entire day of work to ensure the worksite was clear and ready for servicemen to conduct the service; I received a call from DPM's spokesman who asked if I had $900 to pay for their service. I have never called by AHS or DPM about any out of pocket amount to pay. I knew about the city inspection but to have DPM to call me 15 minutes before their service to request if I had the funds was unprofessional indeed; without prior notification. I then advised them it is not appropriate to wait days/minutes to inform customers they will need that amount of money within that short time frame. AHS was also notified of my frustration. DPM's profit would have been over $1,999 upon completion of said job. ($975 from customer, $850 from AHS ) for replacing of hot water heater. I had to locate another licensed plumber, that charged hundred of dollars less to complete the job. Please review prior to accepting their service.

Request Oliver. He is a very good and thorough plumber and his grandfather and father were both plumbers before him. Oliver at DPM did a very good job on my shower handles and spout. I had a major leak and all is well now!

Inept, just like Heather said. I've had several issues with this company but the most recent is the biggest driver in me not using them anymore. I called my Home Warranty company (American Home Shield) about a leakage on my slab under the kitchen that I believed to be in the hose/pipe that connected from my sink to dishwasher. They sent DPM over and they looked under the sink for about 1 minute, they didn't inspect the dishwasher, didn't test for water damage, didn't even move anything under the sink to check anything out. I told them I believed the leak to be with the dishwasher. They informed me that there was no way the leak could be there and the pipe in the wall behind the sink and cabinets must be cracked, there was absolutely nothing else that would cause the leak I was describing. They told me that because I have granite countertops, they would have to rip out all of the tops and since that typically breaks them, I would have to file a home insurance claim. They immediately called a countertop person and sent them over to my house and said once the counters were ripped out, they would come back and proceeded to leave. The counter top person tried to press me to move quickly, saying my home was damaged all over the place, pressuring me to make a decision quickly. I told him I wanted to get a second opinion before spending thousands of dollars. I called a handyman I work with and told him all that had gone on. He came over, pulled out the dishwasher, saw that the plastic hose that connected to the drain pipe under the sink had cracked and was causing the dishwasher to drain onto the slab. He went to home depot, got a new hose for about $7 and replaced it. THANK GOD I GOT A SECOND OPINION!!! If I had done as they said, I would have been out over $1300 on the deductible for my house and would have found out that wasn't even the problem!! If what they are telling you seems very expensive, I suggest getting someone else to come by.

I have AHS (American Home Shield) and had an outstanding experience with them. Scheduling the repair was very expedient (DPM emailed & called within 5 minutes of my submission, on a Sunday evening mind you) and promptly scheduled an appointment that took place within 48 hours of the call. Ernest and Zachary came by on-time, were very friendly & polite, double checked their work, took their time to ensure the repair was done correctly, and properly explained what they did before & after the repair.

I could not be happier using DPM, they were reasonable and very professional, would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing repairs at a reasonable price.

DPM did a great job. Ernest and Zachary were on time, professional, and did a great job repairing my leak. Very careful not to leave a mess and stayed to make sure everything was taken care of completely. Very pleased and would recommend dpm plumbing and Ernest.

These guys are inept and dishonest. Because they were sent out by the warranty company (American Home Shield), they nickle-and-dime you to death on all of the ""extras"" that AHS won't cover. My recommendation: DO NOT use these guys; and if you do use them because you have to, don't believe/trust a word they say! Even if you have American Home Shield, you can get a ""payout amount"" from AHS for the amount that they would have paid to the company, and then use your own TRUSTWORTHY plumber that isn't trying to scam you.
Don't walk... RUN from this company.

What a great experience with a professional organization! The team of Clifford and Steven replaced my 75 gal water heater in a very tight space. Showed up on time, proper parts and tank, and had my new water heater installed in 2 1/2 hours. Good stuff. Would definitely recommend this company and that crew.
