These guys are inept and dishonest. Because they were sent out by the warranty company (American Home Shield), they nickle-and-dime you to death on all of the ""extras"" that AHS won't cover. My recommendation: DO NOT use these guys; and if you do use them because you have to, don't believe/trust a word they say! Even if you have American Home Shield, you can get a ""payout amount"" from AHS for the amount that they would have paid to the company, and then use your own TRUSTWORTHY plumber that isn't trying to scam you.
Don't walk... RUN from this company.

What a great experience with a professional organization! The team of Clifford and Steven replaced my 75 gal water heater in a very tight space. Showed up on time, proper parts and tank, and had my new water heater installed in 2 1/2 hours. Good stuff. Would definitely recommend this company and that crew.

I've had come out twice with American Home Shield for two separate issues. The plumbers were professional and very knowledgable. I've had bad plumbers in the past, but would give this company an A plus. Courteous and on time also.

The home warranty company sent them to diagnose and repair a gas leak. They showed up on time, but would not crawl under my home to find the leak and said there isn't a way to get to it, and they couldn't find the leak. The warranty company sent them back and said they had to isolate the leak to see if its inside or outside. They said it was outside and in that case the warranty company would not cover it. as they said it was outside and they wanted to rip out my walls and floors and run all new lines and was upward of 14 grand. We called another plumber to get a second quote, they came out and where here got 4 hours to find the leak, and they found it INSIDE THE HOUSE! had Dallas Plumbing masters done their jobs and got under the house and actually tried, we would have had our gas line fixed already. and their prices are stupidly high and wanted to rip out my walls for no reason. I give them credit for being on time though. but that is about as far as that goes. the might be good plumbers but I don't feel as if they did their job properly!

Today was the second time I had service by Dallas Plumbing Masters - both times the technicians were on time, professional, thorough and offered terrific customer service. And, for extra points, both times they were really nice to my dog (always a good sign!).

Contracted through my home warranty. Came out and replaced my garbage disposal next day. The plumber was very nice and we were done in 30 minutes. Would use again.

Had a leak in water heater tank in attic and got directed to Dallas Plumbing Masters via American Home Shield. I stopped water inflow to avoid further water damage. One of their guys came over the same day to assess situation. He came out and tried to sell me on additional services, complaining about how busy they were and how it would be very difficult to find the same type of tank.

He said he'd be able to take care of it and help me out and left, telling me he would call AHS to hopefully make things happen the day after. 10 minutes after he left, he called me back, trying to sell me on restoration services too if I needed them. I told him that I wanted to fix the existing problem first, then look at restoration if needed. At this point, there really wasn't that much damage, and no indication was given to me that further damage would occur. Left the property for the night and Dallas Plumbing Masters called back and offered to fix the problem and replace it for $945. I asked if there was anything they could do about the price and a verbal agreement was made to make it $845 total and that they'd arrive between 8-12 the morning after.

When I returned to the property the morning after, water was pouring down the wall, including over electronics equipment that I had shown to the representative from Dallas Plumbing Masters. He failed to tell me that the tank was still leaking. I'm still assessing what it will cost me to replace the equipment. When calling them about this, he said he ""couldn't start work"" until we agreed on it. To me, it's common courtesy to inform a customer what is going on and recommend for me to remove items that could be further damaged and also not attempt to sell restoration services when damage is still occurring. The call got pretty heated and they threatened to not have their guys show up to replace the water heater tank until I explained that I had no ill will or anger towards the workers, only towards the guy who failed to inform me of future damage risk and was more concerned about his commission than helping a customer. He informed me that they would indeed come out within 30 minutes.

The guys arrived 90 minutes later and did do a stellar job replacing and installing the new water heater tank, and after one day of use, everything seems to be working properly. They did leave trash behind in my front yard. After installation, they asked for payment of $945, not the $845 that was agreed upon, then sent me an invoice for the remainder of the balance.

Based on above experience, I would not recommend Dallas Plumbing Masters to anyone.

Late review but since I rely on reviews so much I wanted to add anyway.
Had called and used them via American Home Warranty. The service was quick.
The problem was possible leaks but it was determined to be something else.
Was professional and honest.

Nice people but I suspect I got over charged!
Still waiting on an itemized receipt with details, all I was given was a lump sum.
