I have experience across various construction sectors, from flooring to roofing, and have worked on both the supplier and contractor sides. Specifically, I have dedicated 7 years to the roofing industry.

Nora S.Josh Dent of Down Home Roofing & Construction worked with us when we had significant hail damage on our roof and other structures. He came to our location prior to the arrival of the insurance inspector to be sure he had surveyed all of the damage that should be covered after the storm (Not just the roof of the house, but also the roof on the storage building and workshop, damage to skylights, damage to patio furniture, and inside damage to ceilings, walls and furniture caused by roof leaks after the storm). Josh was onsite to review the damage with the insurance investigator and made sure everything was included in the inspection report. We think we got a larger insurance settlement due to Josh's attention to detail and work with the agent's inspection representative.
The roofs to the house, storage building and workshop were all repaired by Josh's people with quality materials, and they did a great job. Plants were protected during the replacement process, and all debris was hauled away promptly.
Josh lined us up with people to repair the sheetrock on the interior of the house where the leak had occurred. You would never know there had been a leak when they were done.
We highly recommend this company for your roofing and construction needs.
