Reviews must be paid for.Had to call twice just to get an appointment for an estimate. After setting it up ,estimator never showed up. Called again. Person who came out was looking unprofessional and and very noisy.Took 2 weeks to get an estimate. After finally getting it,I had a question about new roof so called and left a message ,once again no call back . This company is a joke .

Buzz and his staff responded the same day to temporarily repair a roof leak during the recent storms. They were able to schedule and complete the re roof during the MLK weekend at a very competitive price. Their work was first rate including cleanup.

They did not rush to get it done in one day like other companies, but took their time over two days to do it right. I wanted to commend Doughty Enterprises for their wonderful work in putting a new roof on my mother's house in Rohnert Park. We were concerned that with the coming winter rains, we hadn't left ourselves with enough time to get the roof completed. Their estimator Rob Thomas was extremely helpful in assessing some existing roof damage, assisting with the new shingle selection and was able to schedule our job before the winter rains. Buzz made sure the job was done in 3 days and on budget. My mother commented that ""Buzz and his excellent crew were on top of the job from the moment they showed up"". Doughty Enterprises did a fine job reroofing our house. They had to work with a third-party solar company (Simply Solar, who I love), and was able to tear-down and place a layer of shingles in two-days.

They communicated with me when there was dry-rot, and they waited for my responses. The final bill will substantially larger than the original estimate, however, given the extra dry-rot replacement and man-hours needed, it was still less than the original bids of other roofing companies.

I'm satisfied and recommend Doughty Enterprises of Santa Rosa.

What can I say, it was a great experience from start to finish. They offered a very competitive bid. They were very thorough. They showed up and they said they were going to. They did the complete tear off and reroof in two days. The owner showed up on site twice and help wrap that job up late into the evening on the second day. He was super nice and helpful. They are meticulous and cleaned up very well after the job. I would definitely recommend them for another job

Buzz did a fantastic job on a new roof for us last spring. We have a very large 100 year old house and his crew was very respectful and cleaned up every day and I never saw a nail. He was wonderful and I would highly recommend him!!!!

We were generally pleased with the job they did. They provided us with good information on the type of roof that would be best for our home. They are knowledgeable and fairly priced compared to other companies. The only problem we encountered was with the crew. They were unsupervised and threw debris all over our yard when they took off the old roof, posing a great hazard and destroying some of our plants. But the owner immediately came over to set it right.
