A representative from this company came to my door 32 months ago, guaranteeing me that they could get me a new roof at no cost in 9 to 12 months. I currently have a tarp from them that has been on for 17 months, and is not keeping any water out of my active leak. I have paid this company for a new roof, but have not had any tiles delivered, not seen the permit that they say has been issued, and can not get an answer for when they are going to begin work on the roof. This company seems like a scam. A check was endorsed to them, but they claimed that the check was lost in the mail. Research showed that the check had been deposited in their companies checking account week earlier. I am trying to get my money back. I don't trust them to do any work on my property.

00 waisted my time and money wother broken promises. scham company . The don't care about doing your roof. Subcontractors are hired for least. The company took 4 years to give me a no good roof didn't complete the. I had to pay another company to complete the job. Cant get any answers from none of the offices. They have an office in Naples but all communications come from Minnesota. They don't own the company. They're using someone else to pass the blame. The sales force is none existent only to was you time with bad promises then are fired.

Double g construction has been the worst company to work with. i wish I could choose a 0 . I paid them in December from my insurance proceeds and 6 months later still no roof installed. they have been waiting to have my permit issued for two months. the application had to be resubmitted by them four times due to corrections. there is zero customer service and zero follow up. As a customer, all I do is follow up and they simply do not care to return calls or expedite the job. I was in contact with a manager, Mark, his manager Chris and no one cares. i tried to report them to the BBB already. Truly an awful organization that charged a ridiculous sum of money to replace the roof and would not let me out of the contract but after 6 months has still not completed the job.

SCAM: This company did not finish the job. They claimed a new roof, leaking since they left my property. They will not honor the warranty. Run from Double G. They are liars and scammers. Seek out insurance claims and scam the customer. Stay Away

DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH DOUBLE G CONSTRUCTION!!! Absolutely horrible, they're only out for your money no matter what they have to do to get it!!! We signed an agreement with them for hurricane roof replacement 2020. Two years down the road, they tried deceiving and manipulate my disabled husband and I in signing practically a new agreement, with extra monies for them including signing our rights away as a consumer. As of the day Double G Construction's salesman came to my house and saw no quote on the document, I've requested multiple times for an estimate and full description of work to be performed, not once did they send me my request, even though the date of their first visit he declared that their office would email us one within two weeks. However, 2 years and 4 months later the insurance settlement came in for the roof and an extensive amount of money we've personally already spent on fixing our home, due to hurricane damage. WHAT A SURPRISE!!! (NOT!) their salesman called me twice and have sent two emails with a quote and the process to start replacement of my roof, even though, I CANCELLED THE CONTRACT IN WRITING a week almost two weeks ago!!!! I wrote them on how to make things right with us as a consumer, but Double G Construction have no good morals nor business tactics to even properly respond. I'm taking all routes possible by reporting them to make sure no other disabled, elderly or any other person is taken advantage by Double G Construction.

Had another company install a new roof. Double G calls and says they need to inspect the roof. Thinking it was the municipality subbing out the inspection I set an appt, since they seemed so official. Something just didn't sit right, so I started digging. The number they called from when reverse traced showed no such number. I called my original roofer and he stated the roof was already finalized with the city. I had just gotten solar panels installed as well, so I checked with them as well. Nope, no inspection scheduled yet. These guys are pretending to be something they are not. They called back to ask how the inspection went and I told them they never showed up. Then I started questioning them and they were stumbling. SCAM ARTISTS be careful.

What a bunch of misleading scam artists. So what they do is send you a google street image of your home and claim that, ""YOUR ROOF HAS IRMA STORM DAMAGE"". First, I have no storm damage on my roof, at all. It's a totally false and misleading marketing ploy solely to take advantage of those with either diminished capacity or simply not in the know. To make it worse, they ""offer"" you a free dinner on them if you hire them. LOL. What a bunch of scum.

This company really helped my mom and made her happy. The girl roofer was amazing and she really got on the roof and worked. They cares about the elderly and Grayson is very kind. We will close next month and the roof helped us do this. Thanks!
