He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Trinity University and a Master's Degree from the University of Dallas.

My Inspection Certification and training came from AHIT, a top industry provider, and I keep acquiring specialized certifications from different workshops and organizations such as InterNACHI and the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors. I hold degrees in Business and Spanish from Trinity University in San Antonio. I also earned a Master's Degree in Classics from the University of Dallas.

For three years, I worked at Centex Homes as a Field Manager and Warranty Specialist, managing new home construction. I have been running Purity Pressure Washing for more than four years, which has guided me into the home remodeling and landscaping sectors.
