Jonathan's background includes four years as a Project Manager at Centex Homes before he became a home inspector. Jonathan obtained his TREC license #22163 in 2015, is certified by InterNACHI, and is a board member of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Trinity University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Dallas.

My Inspection Certification and training came from AHIT, a top industry provider, and I keep acquiring specialized certifications from different workshops and organizations such as InterNACHI and the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors. I have degrees in Business and Spanish from Trinity University located in San Antonio. Additionally, I possess a Master's Degree in Classics from the University of Dallas.

For three years, I worked at Centex Homes as a Field Manager and Warranty Specialist, managing new home construction. For the past four years, I have owned Purity Pressure Washing, which has opened doors to home remodeling and landscaping opportunities.
