This company put on the roof for our house in Coronado and when we purchased it we were under the impression it was completed correctly. Well with the rain that we have had we realized quickly it was not. When it rains it pours as they say and that is the case in our home. I contacted the company and the response I received was no we would have put it on correctly it wasn't our fault. Well, I was asked to send photos and the address to correct the issue. I did, and after MULTIPLE attempts to follow up, I have been ghosted. Very unprofessional and I will be filing all claims possible for this issue. Buyer beware.

We hired Doo Rite to fix our roof and gutters. They did not do the gutter correctly and the rain is draining incorrectly. Some of the wood on our roof was suppose to be replaced and was not. I've sent them pictures and called over 20-30 times. They tell me they will call me back, schedule someone to come out, etc. I told them please just give me a date for someone to fix the issue but can't get anyone to come to fix the problem or even set a date to come look at the problem. I am planning on hiring another company this week to redo our gutters. I will send doorite the bill and if they don't pay will be taking them to small claims court.

Well here we go again. Another year, another leak, this time in the kitchen which ruined our flat ceiling. Why is a ""50 year guaranteed roof"" leaking? I have no idea, but am furious that this is the third time that we have had leaks in 10 years! Maybe it is time to contact the Contractor's Board.

Roof ( flat Dibiten base ply roofing material) in 2011- with 20 year Warrenty- now in 2018 trying to contact for maintenance- called office to Shandra with no return calls for over a month- My Neighbor who had roofing done at same time is also trying to contact ..as she thinks she has a leak. The company seems to be so large now- they do not have time to followup on commitment to home owners ( zip is 92118)
If you live in SD- and home owner- suggest you look elsewhere for better followup.

I would like to give this company negative stars. This company hired us to to do restoration work on a current project. We performed the work and Kurt Livingston has done nothing but lie and give excuses regarding payment. We have not been paid one cent for the work we did. The billing is over 7 months delinquent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY DO NOT PAY THIER BILLS and it is only a matter of time before it gets passed into the general public.

Although this is listed as an Escondido company, I found Doo-Rite in the Menifee area. They are general contractors and David Williams is their roofing specialist. He gave me the fairest bid of all the roofers in the Inland Valley for repairing a leak on a cement tile roof.

There was some wood rot in one area that was initially undetected; However, he stuck to the bid and was almost done with the job so he went to Home Depot, purchased the necessary wood to replace the affected area near the eave and finished the task.

We were so impressed with the work that my mom hired him to repair her roof also. I highly recommend this company for any construction work.
