Replaced our flat roof and installed a lift. it's been leaking ever since. they kept saying it was the pitched roof, but come to find out, they didn't do the install correctly. called them multiple times, and all they did was get my google review removed. don't use!

Done Rite -- done wrong -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Done Rite Roofing charged an outlandish fee for work they DID NOT DO. They charged $1,200. to remove cracked and damaged stucco from the chimney of my house that was causing water to seep into the interior.

They sent the bill stating the job had been finished but unbeknownst to them, I watched their employee do the entire 'repair' and I have construction knowledge and experience. He merely globbed on a 'Thin-set' material on two sides of the chimney from the juncture of the roof and the chimney; about 6""- 8"" high, and 5 1/2 linear feet long.

It took him 30 minutes to do the repair and about $1.25 for materials. He didn't use a bonding agent, which gives concern about the repair's longevity.

When I called the office for an explanation, they wouldn't talk to me about the repair or return my calls when I left messages. I told the secretary that they had not performed the services that were agreed to in the contract, and she then sent an email with an attached bill reducing the amount owed to $800. from $1,200. That would put the hourly rate at a cost of $2,398.75 per hour.

The price charged for this service was a rip-off to begin with but the fact that they did not perform the service is FRAUD.

We waited about 6 weeks for them to start the job after giving them 25% down. As far as the shingles go on the main part of the house are concerned, they look good. However, we have a flat roof addition that at this point does not seem to leak but the finish work, drip edge is a mess. Very sloppy work. They had to change out the drip edge and made a bigger mess of things than we had before. ""Help"" was supposed to caulk any spots that might allow water in. It looks like a 5 year old finger painted with the caulk. Basically, Done Wrong.....

When they were putting the tiles up on the roof, they dropped them down so hard that my ceiling light broke. The roof turned out okay, but the ceiling cracked, and the light fell down and broke. They stated it was not their fault,

Sent someone out for a quote. He did full measurements and said he would get back to us. After a month with no response we called the office and after numerous rings, someone picked up and immediately hung up. Guess they are too busy for new work. If this is the service before the sale, I'd hate to see how they would treat us after they've been paid. No thanks!

This review is on behalf of my grandma who lives in a townhome community where the roof was recently replaced by Done Rite Roofing this summer. She's very disappointed with the lack of clean up by the crew. There are dozens of roofing nails now rusting on her metal lanai roof. Two separate inquiries to the HOA assured her that the company was contacted to come and remove the debris. This has still not happened over a month later. Several neighbors have had to replace tires after nails left in the gutters were washed onto the driveways with the Florida rain. Very disappointed that she now has to pay someone to get on her lanai roof to remove the debris that this company left behind.

MAKE SURE you ask for a wind mitigation and 4 point inspection! My insurance went up this year and they had asked me to get the info from my roofing company. The lady I spoke to over the phone at done rite was extremely rude and told me that they only get an inspection if I asked for it. If they know that the insurance company will want one, why wouldn't they have told me that they cover a 3rd party to come do the inspection?! When I told them I was unhappy and was going to leave a bad review, she was still extremely rude and told me ""ok"" so here it is Next time, if you cover the service, offer it to your paying customer instead of leaving it a secret.

Horrible!!! I was charged for a tarp they didn't even install. I had to prove another company did it by showing a receipt in order for them to refund me otherwise they were refusing to pay me back for Work another company did. As far as their warranty good luck with that!! It's a hit or miss sometimes the girls in the office are so snotty and they hang up on you for issues they cause incorrect billing,over billing,double billing charging me for work they didn't do. I don't recommend!!! I would rather spend more money on a roofing company that does it right and doesn't mess with your money and make you fight for their wrongdoing

Really great price and fast work.
The only thing I would say you have to contact them they are so backed up you have to stay on top of it to see where you can get fit in and ect. Awesome and nice people. Ps don't forget to tip the guys :)

Called them 3 times and sent info through their website. Nothing! No response in two weeks! Guess they don't need business.
