After shopping around for a while to find a good quality company who was also fair with their pricing, I was referred to Done Right Roofing by someone who utilized then in the past and could voucher for the quality of their work. The owner, Marco, was quick to respond to my call and was very responsive throughout the entire project. Marco was professional and provided me with an outline of what was being done in the scope of work.

Not only did Macro provide supervision of the project, but he also worked with his employees to ensure all of the work was completed correctly. Whenever I provided drinks or lunch to the employees, they were all very appreciative and polite. Marco also took extra steps to ensure the safety of his employees and to ensure that no damage would happen around the house.

After the roof was fixed, Marco and his crew spent time cleaning up the place to help pick up as many fallen nails as possible. He took pictures of the roof as work progressed and shared them with me so that I could see the progress.

It's rained a few weeks now since the work has been completed and I haven't noticed any issued to date.

Marco helped me during our time of need and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone for roof work. Also, he offers a very competitive warranty on his work. Definitely check him out.

This roofer was recommended to us by the company handling our solar upgrade, the idea being to get a new roof during the process of the upgrade. They sent a written estimate of $15,300 for asphalt shingles on a 2700 ft2 roof. As far as I could tell from looking online, this was a competitive price, so we gave the go-ahead to both companies. The roofer sent an employee to inspect the house, and they didn't report finding any surprises. I paid a deposit to the solar company, and we got to the stage where the roofer was working with us to schedule the job.

But after all this, I got a series of very unclear voice mail and email communications from Done Right Roofing suggesting that they were changing the price, but they kept not responding to questions about what the new price was going to be or what was the reason for the change. The owner was extremely disorganized, sending emails and then retracting them, claiming to have sent documents that he hadn't sent, and ignoring me when I repeatedly explained that he hadn't actually sent the documents that he said he'd sent. Finally they sent a new quote for $18,000, with no explanation for the change. In my experience, this company was unprofessional and frustrating to communicate with. We ended up canceling this part of the job.

We are in the process of getting solar panels. The company originally hired Roofing 101 to come out and prep the roof. The disaster they left was the stuff nightmares are made of. So after months of dealing with the solar company, who kept trying to schedule the county inspection, the solar company finally called these guys.

Oh. My. Gosh... they fixed it!!! And they are dumbfounded at what the previous company did.

They called when they were 15 minutes out letting me know their ETA (which was on time, and we are a haul from Murrieta)

Very friendly guys, they can speak English, and they knew exactly what they needed to do to fix the problems.

They will be the same crew who come back after the solar panels get put back on.

They know what they are doing!!!!!
