We discovered that our roof was leaking due to improper vent insulation from the builder, so we had to have the roof repaired in two places. Someone came out the day after we called for an appointment to give an estimate, and within the week we were back in business. Everyone we encountered were knowledgeable and professional. They arrived when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they were doing. We were really pleased with the final outcome. They matched the roof shingles really well and you can hardly notice that just a couple hours prior we had two gaping holes in our roof. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

They came out to install the new roof and did an average job. Upon inspection I observed a few areas that needed addressed. It took me forever to get someone to contact me and even longer to fix the issue. Before I could even get the situation fixed they were contacting me for payment. Not the most professional contractor I have hired. I will not refer them to anyone else.

Disgraceful service! I have used this company previously in my Kissimmee home, as had a total reroof of my Hunters Creek home 2 yrs ago. After Irma, I called I have waited two months with no reply. The woman I spoke with today (11/10/17) was extremely rude, stated they would not come out to Orlando and hung up on me!! I waited two months to hear this! Why do they advertise in church bulletins in Orlando if they do not want to serve their longtime customers in Orlando! Stay far far far away from this company

This is a company that does a good job, but you have to be careful because ""repairs"" can be exaggerated and priced without any sense of fair play. I was charged, without any warning, $274.00 extra after their foreman assured me that the repairs will be minimal since they were already working on the roof. A crew member also told me (he was working on the repairs) that they were minimal also and that there was not reason to be concerned. . But when I went to pay the bill Don Schmidt slapped me with an extra $274.00. I had already paid them handsomely for the roof replacement but that was not enough for them and decided to stick me with an extra $274.00. This company is ill managed and poorly administrated. BE CAREFUL!

Don/Jeff answered all of our questions; concerns and their price was very reasonable; especially with their 5 year warranty on workmanship. They came out promptly when we needed them. Even the building inspector told us we hired one of the best roofing companies around. What a piece of mind they have given us. We highly recommend Don Schmidt Contracting & Roofing!
