Came right away to look at the roof...then the waiting game. Finally was told my estimate was mailed, asked to get it over the phone was told will get back to me that day. 2 weeks later, no call and they won't answer their phone. Total waste of my time and horrible service. Would you trust a major expense to these guys? If so then you deserve a horrible company as well. Awful awful awful people

Beside the wait knowing the company was on a backlog during the time of the rainy season. The crew did a excellent job and the work was professional. We are very happy with all the hard work they put into it. Bert was very polite on the phone during all the calls even though everyone was calling him for install dates the crew was also very nice and hard workers I would recommend this company to all thanks once again

I can't speak to the quality of their work since we haven't seen it, but their coustomer service leaves much to be desired. We contracted with Robinson a year ago this May and deposited $1000. Throughout several phone calls since we were first told they had lost workers to the fire areas in the Bay Area, then they were getting permits, etc.. They did, however, tarp our roof which I assume is still covered (we are currently out of state). We have recently attempted to call again and got the same result as Linda N., no answer and a full answer machine. Better look elsewhere.

I called three weeks in advance to schedule an appointment and the day ""Bert"" was suppose to be here, he never showed! I called the office and they insisted he was on his way so we waited and a few hours later we called again and they said he was running late. When he didn't show we called a third time and no one answered the phone and it had too many messages for us to leave another. We never heard back from Robinson Roofing. Be careful of this company.
