Don replaced my roof last December and I feel terrible that I have taken this long to write a review especially since I am so happy with the results!

*Don returned all my phone calls within hours.
*His estimate was the most complete.
*He made sure that we would have a minimum forecast of 5 dry days before pulling off my old roof so as to avoid any rain damage.
*His crew was incredibly efficient and neat. Every thing was cleaned and disposed of or neatly stored out of the way at the end of each day.
*He finished on time and on budget.
*He installed proper vents and an attic fan so I hardly needed to use my A/C this summer.
***My roof is beautiful!!!***
As a single woman I was worried that I might be taking advantage of by a contractor but I feel that Don gave me the highest quality of service and respect due to any client.
I can't thank him and his crew enough!

we contacted Don to complete our roof. He was very prompt to get us a quote and we signed a contract but 6 weeks went by and every week he said he couldn't do it because of weather.... We have had many nice days. Anyway I called him to ask if we could commit to a date and he said well we will see what the weather looks like on Friday and I will call your husband same as every Friday. I told him my husband told him it could be any day of the week as we really need to get this done before the real rain starts. His response ""you seem angry with me"" and I said well I am a frustrated its been 6 weeks and you still can not commit to a date to complete the job. His response well get someone else to do it.....
Don't waste your time with this guy!
