I did not find any of that to be true. I was very disappointed. My expectations were definitely not exceeded and the job was certainly not done right the first time!

His employees were very courteous and any questions or concerns we had during the project were addressed immediately! Would highly recommend this contractor.
Jpaul D.Terrible business ethics. Stole a fence from our property then when we called him on it he put it back but with gaps and falling over. Absolutely awful to deal with and has no character. Won't return calls or put the fence back properly. Would never do any type of business with this company or Don Mason.
Martin B.In Sept of 2013, we received a massive hail storm.
Total repairs to our house was $15,100.
We initially didn't pay the remaining balance of $800 in order to see if they would finalize the patio they rebuilt for almost a year afterwards. Instead, we were forced to pay the balance or a lien would be placed on our home.
As of today, the patio was never treated nor painted. The wood used wasn't water treated either surprisingly and the fescia looked like it was created from pieces from other homes they were building with different colors - and it's also poping off the house at this point.
With the large bill, I would think they would complete the job correctly.. but they just told me it would take more money - but the original estimate was only around 12k.
