I would highly recommend this company. Johnny Dolan and his whole work team are outstanding. They replaced my roof due to wind and hail damage. They helped with working with my insurance, answered all of my questions and guided me thru the whole process. This company is very ethical, honest, and efficient from all employees that I spoke to over the phone and in person. Installation crew did a great job prepping perimeter around home before work started and cleaned up afterwards. Jobsite manager came by during install, afterwards and also followed up with cleaning and follow up questions. I am so happy we used Dolan Roofing! The Roof looks so amazing. If anyone on the fence choosing a roofing company, please use this one you will not be disappointed.

Dolan replaced our roof. Now we have a leak and Dolan Restoration refuses to come and do the repairs. They claim damage was done by an inspector, while the inspector did the inspection via drone and not on the actual roof. Now we have a leak and have been told that they will not come here unless I pay them for the repairs while this is clearly a warranty item.

4 years later & our roof still looks amazing. So much better than when we moved in. I had an FB memory in my feed from the awful storm 4 years ago. It was such a nightmare, but Johnny & team were so knowledgeable & helped us through all of it. Our roof still looks fantastic & has weathered other crazy Texas weather. Still highly recommend!

We had a leak in our roof and a lot of damage to the boards under the shingles. We were happy with the repair done, until two months later, it's already starting to fall apart! There is a large section of shingles that have come loose... clearly not installed correctly for a whole area to now be loose and opening our house up to new damage. Upon noticing, I immediately called and emailed to get someone out right away to tarp or repair the newly damaged area that was caused by an shoddy repair, but as of now, no response. Their website boasts 24hr service, so, we shall see, but as of now, I am very disappointed!

these guys are very sloppy. after roofing job was finished. we found that they left my security light romex wiring exposed out side the roof. no one ever came to inspect the work. johnny dolan the owner told me when they finished it would be like they were never were there. it's been over a month and we are still finding nails,shingles and plastic strips off the shingles all over the place. all over the place. they never even covered our ornamental plants...they have nails and screws in them. they put a tarp over my hot tub the then threw singlesin it till it sank leaving rroofing material inside the hot tub,when they left we tried going out on our patio. well having to pick up nails and screws from all over the patio and around the house and in the drive way were we are supposed to park our cars. more to follow.

In seeking a contractor to replace and repair on 2 of my houses and thus 2 roofing jobs --Dolan RC came highly recommended-I found every step of their process to be incredibly professional, with proactive communication and very professional people working for the company.

Frankly, best contractor I have dealt with when to comes to expectations being set , integrity of their pricing and timeline , ensuring proactive and timely communication with updates AND their interaction with the insurance company kept me out of the middle

The clean-up after the work was above and beyond our expectations. Johnny Dolan himself inspected the roof work and the yard to make sure everything was done correctly.

We didn't think good customer service was a thing anymore, but Johnny and his team we're incredible. He handled everything. Filing the claim with our home owners insurance, keeping in contact with us daily, explaining every detail along the way. From the time we contacted him, to the time the roof was finished, was about a week.
We have nothing but great things to say about his company. We didn't even pay our deductible!!

I called Johnny at DRC because he has so many good reviews. Working with him was a good experience at first. He even worked with my insurance company and helped get my claim expedited. I usually get 3 bids when I do a major project but chose Johnny because he was pleasant to deal with and he said he would save me a thousand dollars and I wouldn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. Well that last part didn't hold up and I received an invoice for $1,281.63 after I paid him every penny the insurance company gave me for my claim.
I finally paid him the balance 9 months later, but I'm upset that he didn't keep his word. If I had known up front that I would have to pay about $1,200.00 out of pocket then I would have received 2 more bids. Maybe he still would have had the best price, I'll never know. But I would have known up front that I would have a balance not surprise me when the job is done and say that I still owe you money. Make sure your bid and anything verbal is in writing before you agree on contracting him.
