Dobson Roofing has had a professional relationship with our company for over 15 years- and has always done a great job for our clients. We have personally used them to replace our roof 3 times in the last 15 years, and have never had an issue. They are honest, fair with their pricing, and set realistic timelines and expectations. They communicate effectively and get the job done- if any follow up is needed they can always be reached. They have been a staple in the Garland business community for almost 30 years- and we look forward to working with them in the future.

The sub contractors for this company are not friendly, do not appreciate the job site they are working on leaving trash after work is completed, cussing with small children around, smoking in the house. Would not recommend! No respect for homeowners!

Bought a metal roof and had them install it. They were recommended to me buy a friend of a friend who hadn't used them in a couple years. Maybe at some point these guys were good, but I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Took longer than they said it would. They sent a crew that didn't speak English. When they were finished, we were very unhappy. They said they would come out to address the issues and i told them not to bring back the same crew. They told me no problem and they would bring out their best crew. He showed up with the same guys. The lead on the job didn't think anything was wrong with his work and laughed at my wife when she was trying to point out some of our concerns. They could not fix anything at that time and we were leaving in the next couple days for a vacation, so we agreed that they would come out after we got back. We decided not to have them come back after numerous snide emails and we got someone else to fix their mistakes. It was Roughly $2300 to get someone else out to fix their mess and I told them to take $2k off my bill which they did.
At the end of the whole ordeal, we were not just unhappy with their work, we were extremely unimpressed with the owner's lack of professionalism and work ethic.
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH DOBSON!!!
