Wish I even could give a review. All I wanted was a simple roof inspection. We went back and forth for a few days trying to get them out there to my rental property where they knew my tenants lived (two of the days it was raining so not their fault). We finally set a time and they go to the wrong address. So we set a time for the following week. Again I make sure my tenants are going to be there. All of the sudden, a half hour AFTER they're supposed to be there, they tell me they wont do it because they need to meet with me and won't just meet with my tenants. To do a roof inspection. What's there to meet about? Get on the roof, inspect it, take pictures and send me a report. They could be fine roofers just not v good at communication.

Total rip off. We're supposed to fix a problem and charged $4,500 and did $500 worth of work. Had to hire another roofer to fix their 'work'. They didn't back up their warranty and scammed us. This is a bad company with a great front office all smiles to get you to sign the contract and then screw you with poor workmanship.

Got my patio's torched down roof replaced by DNA roofing. Imo, they have done a great job.

1. They came and provided a quote quickly.
2. The quote was reasonable. There was no surprised increase from the original bid since it includes 15% of replacing damaged wood.
3. They worked promptly during the weekend to avoid the rain during Monday.

Overall it was a smooth experience.

Quick call back and appointment scheduled. Peleg and his co-worker came out. Nice young men however presentation lacking. Ok, fine. Going off the reviews still wanted to work with the company. Peleg said he would call back with a quote. Next day no cb, so I called him, did not answer.
Called the office twice, I was told they will email the proposal, never received.

Just had a complete roof replacement and am very glad I went with DNA roofing. The process was seamless after getting numerous proposals. Eugene was on top of everything from beginning to end and always kept me clued in as to every step in the process. One negative was we had a bit of a hiccup with the increased price in plywood but other than that, everything went exceptionally well including a quicker end date then expected. I would recommend DNA roofing if you are in the market for a roof replacement. On a side note, we just had a decent rain this past weekend and I am glad to say we had no issues whatsoever.

I truly appreciate a man who can own up to his mistakes and make it right. The crew was fantastic. I would recommend this crew! They have one a professional job. Because of DNA Roofing I have peace of mind in knowing I have an outstanding roof that will sustain severe weather conditions in many years to come.

We hired DNA to do a single family roof job in Toluca Lk. DNA Roofing did excellent work from beginning to end. They first inspected the roof and developed a competitive quote. The roof job started and finished on time (3 days). The post job inspection was impeccable and they cleaned up the surrounding areas and ensured that all details were covered. From a project management standpoint they again received high marks as the PM gave us details through the 3 days. Her follow up and explanation was beyond reproach. On a 5 star scale they get 5 stars overall. Quality, workmanship, craftsmanship and pricing met all our requirements.
