From 1988 to 1996, I served as a foreman at Nash Roofing in Fredericksburg, VA, prior to starting my own roofing business. During my time at Nash, I managed construction projects of different levels of difficulty. My time there honed my abilities in:

• Creating detailed job estimates.
• Managing several crews of more than 21 individuals.
• Caring for trucks, including conducting service and repairs as required.
• Lowering labor costs by adjusting staff schedules.

• Mentoring new hires in customer service processes and company standards.
