Before founding my own roofing company, I was a foreman at Nash Roofing in Fredericksburg, VA, from 1988 to 1996. While at Nash, I directed construction projects with diverse challenges. My time there honed my abilities in:

• Managing several crews of more than 21 individuals.

• Training and guiding new staff in customer service protocols and company guidelines.
