Hats off to DM roofing for doing an excellent job with our roof. I must say I was skeptical at first because I couldn't find that many reviews. But going with them was the best decision we made. Everyone from the office staff to the team doing the work was very professional. They were knowledgeable and honest. They are very organized, they had a team for all parts of the process, They showed up every single day until the job was accomplished. They also cleaned up nicely.

My first interaction with this company was with Roman months ago when I began looking for a roofer

He was perfect, he called when he was gonna be late
I then asked him to come another day ( I work nights and couldn't wait)
He came promptly the next day

2 months pass and I make the decision with DM
again called Roman came and answered all my brother in law questions that he had to ask right before me signing

After waiting 1.5months I call them asking what's what's hold up with the permits. 1 of the 2 girls said she would call the city and call me back
No one called me back

I call again the next day and mention how she didn't call me back and she blamed the other girl in the office that SHE was suppose to call me back....

Again she tells me some stuff on how she's gonna have someone do something so we get the permit
Magically we got the permit the next day....
1.5 months later. So after I start to complain then it's ready?

So I spoke to Dennis and scheduled it the following week
And it rained so then the week after

That week I get a call on the Monday from 1 of the girls in the office
Saying ""is it OK if they come the following week because they have a big commercial job.. if I'm I'm a emergent need for the roof""

Me: I been waiting about 2months and I have leaks everywhere

Then she told me she's gonna talk to Dennis

Guess what I got pushed to the following week then they blamed it on rain
That they weren't able to finish that commercial job so they had to finish that one first, which is reasonable but your girl didn't say that she was asking for permission to push me to the next week for a bigger commerical project

FINALLY THEY ARRIIVE,
Dennis was nice, workers were great, they came everymorning and did what they were suppose to

Then all of a sudden for 2 days no workers? Are we finished? Idk no1 tells me anything, I call Them and they tell me they r waiting on the city for inspections

Ok cool.. workers showed up again and then they finished

Yay new roof, I haven't had a big rain yet but hoping for no more leaks

I paid about 12k for a flat roof

So the after math

Tar was left everywhere
I'll take more pictures

I'm happy but unhappy at the same time, u decide.

Forgot to mention. A day or 2 into the roof they cut my internet cable that guess they ran above the roof

So my wife who works from home lost 2 days of work before comcast was able to come and fix it... that's great to cut random cables and not say anything

Late post. I always get at least 3 quotes when doing a big job at my home and DM roofing was the 3rd quote I received.
Not only did they beat the others they were honest. I was asking for quotes that included hurricane straps to get a discount from my insurance company. The other two companies were like ok we'll give you quotes for with and without.
DM roofing told me to find out how much would the discount be and determine if its worth paying an extra $3000 for something I would only be getting a discount of 50 bucks and sure enough straps was not worth it.
DM did my entire roof about 3 weeks ago and my experience with this company was exceptional. The office personnel was very professional and the owner Dennis was very thorough in explaining the contract, the tiles vs shingles and I can say that I am very particular about who I spend my money with and this company was top notch.
When the job was finished there was one hiccup with nails in the driveway. I called Dennis and he sent someone over right away to clean them up.

I had DM Roofing Company to do my roof. They was very professional and super nice. They completed my job in a timely manner. They left my property very clean. I was so impressed with the work they did to my home I have been referring them to my friends. I didn't see bull around the edges of the eave drip nor did I see uneven cutting of the shingles around the edge. I highly recommend DM Roofing Company to do anyone's roof. If you are looking for professionalism D M Roofing Company is the way to go.

They promised to call me but did not, I even followed up asking for them to call me, provided my phone number but proved futile. In this day and age trustworthy service providers are hard to come by and if this simple thing can't be done by a company much more a true job you want them to provide for you. I would not recommend this company.

As a landlord / property manager, roof issues make up a huge part of my work. I'm willing to do minor patching and repairs myself, but when it comes to bigger, more complicated repairs, it's best left to the pros.

I've been working with Denis since 2017 and I'm extremely happy with the work his company does. He's replaced two roofs for me, with permits, and performed countless other repairs. He truly makes things easy for the homeowner. Everything is explained in detail in layman's terms and he provides excellent photos and videos of the work, before, during, and after.

The work is always done professionally, but on the rare occasions a leak repeats itself, he has no problem honoring any warranties provided.

Everyone he has working for him is professional and polite. No one wants to deal with a roof leak, but DM Roofing makes it almost a pleasant experience!
