I am really pleased with my new roof - it needed replacing after 36 years plus I wanted to add solar panels. Daniel was wonderful to work with and always quick to figure out any problems or issues. Mine was a very complicated roof combining flat and regular sloped, and room add ones that had created some ""interesting"" angles to deal with by the roofers. The final result was very professionally done, and was finished several days ahead of schedule. So very glad I hired them to do this important project. They will be installing the solar panels shortly.

Daniel and his team installed 15 solar panels on my roof. This was my second time working with him, as he previously did a tile reset for me. Once again they did a great job. What really stands out to me about Daniel is (1) he is extremely responsive (2) he is very forthright and matter-of-fact (3) he always took time to answer questions and explain things. His pricing was also very reasonable compared to other quotes and I feel I got good value from DLS.

I used DLS for both my roof replacement and solar installation. Daniel was quick to respond to any questions and kept me in the loop. Price service were great too. From demo to install was 3 days (with one day being left naked for the inspector to look at things). I've seen several other houses that sit for a few days with no shingles or anything else on them. I wouldn't want that for my house. They didn't schedule demo until they had the inspection and material deliveries lined up to minimize downtime.

I wound up referring them to a coworker who also used them to replace her roof.

Solar install went well but a few minor hiccups that Daniel and his team sorted out to make sure it all worked out. Mostly minor stuff but they made sure everything was right. Worked with the city to make sure everything pissed inspection and was properly permitted. Definitely recommended.

Needed a new roof, Daniel and his team was one of three companies, I got quotes from. His price and warranty is something i couldn't pass up. He is very responsive and told me every step of the way.

I also requested for my perimeter fascia be replaced and his price was very reasonable and had a team work on it right away.

We had a wind storm tear shingles off of our (very old) roof. Inspection showed it lacked plywood sheathing, and was just multiple layers of asphalt shingles on top of old wood shake (a fire hazard). I received estimates from six different roofing companies, and DLS Development Inc. was the only company to give me a quote within our inspector's estimated range (some were as much as 10K over). A couple offered to match, but I liked how easy and straightforward their bid was, and how stellar their reviews were, so I declined those offers.

It was a big job to strip all layers and install new 1/2"" OSB sheathing as well as the singles, but they finished ahead of schedule in just three days. Workers were professional and took extra care cleaning up the site each day. Daniel and Abraham were wonderful to work with, really appreciated being able to communicate via text (as it's difficult to get away from work during the day to make calls). The new roof looks amazing, I had no idea how much it would improve our home's curb appeal until I saw it finished!

Overall I would highly, highly recommend DLS Development Inc. We talked to 10 roofing companies total, and had 6 come out for estimates, and they were definitely competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with. Excited for our beautiful new roof, thanks again!

We had a new roof installed on our house and detached garage that required the removal and reinstall of our solar system. DLS provided a competitive quote, completed the job on schedule, and cleaned up after every day's work. Communication was excellent, mostly by texting, which I find quick and efficient. The roof work was well executed, they cleaned the solar panels and did a re-install that looks better than the original installation! All the workers were very friendly.
I would definitely recommend them.
