I've been a customer of DLS Development since March 2021. I've had the pleasure of working with Daniel and his company throughout my house remodeling and solar panel upgrades. I recently ran into a water leaking problem with my roof with the recent storms here in LA County.....needless to say I called my Roofing company since I believed it to a problem with my new roof (3 years old) They came and inspected it and advised me the Solar Panels were possibly leaking (posts) I then called Daniel and stated my concerns and asked if his company could come and inspect the panels. They came out and verified none of the post or areas where the panels were placed were leaking. Out of courtesy they conducted a water leak test and resealed the areas around the joints/panels for me free of charge. Normally a $300 service fee if it's non related to the work they performed or installed. DLS Development employee advised me the Direct TV satellite antenna was possibly the root of my water leak after being relocated during the remodeling process. His employee verified it was resealed with its water proof material and ensured no other issues were where overlooked.Daniels courtesy, response time, professionalism and customer service go without saying as ""top quality"" I will definitely continue to recommend his company and business for the near future with friends and family. The crew that did the reroof on our home is a very hard working, no nonsense crew. They did a great job and cleaned the jobsite daily before leaving. The project passed the City Building inspection with no issues. There was good communication throughout the project. The quoted price was reasonable cpmpared to other quotes we obtained. We are very pleased with the job and highly recommend to anyone with the need for roofing work.

What a disaster!!! The guy that came to give me an estimate went on my roof through the attic and then put his leg through my ceiling from the attic. He stepped on insulation and told me he thought plywood was there. He immediately said that DLS would fix and be in touch in a day or two. Well 12 days later and I had to call them. The supervisor I spoke to was full f excuses why she hadn't called me yet. Unbelievable. Very unprofessional. And my ceiling still has a huge hole in it. BEWARE OF DLS!!!

UPDATE: they sent a guy, Luis, to fix the hole. He was great. Had no idea how the hole happened. Guess they leave out context for the workers. I was contacted repeatedly by the guy that made the hole to remove my review. I had to ask him to stop contacting me. But today I got a message from Daniel (the owner?) on Yelp. Asking me to remove my review and bragging that his company fixed the hole ""as promised"". Gee, thank you so so much, Daniel!

DLS did a great job with our new roof! Pricing was competitive with my other quotes. From the shingle removal, new wood and facia boards, to the new shingles the crews were efficient and cleaned up well afterwards. The roof looks so good we need to paint our house now. Recommend!

Excellent crew, removed my old roof (3 layers) in only 5 or 6 hours and left the area impeccable! Took about 6hrs to install the new roof the next day after the city issued the permit. Very professional and left us with a beautiful new roof. Excited for my DLS solar project coming up. Will update this review soon, I'm sure with more good feedback.
