Did a roofing job for me a few years back poor quality whis I had never hired them took a pipe off my house they should have never touched making my home sweet which in turn made my baseboard and beautiful crown molding move out of place everything I loved about my home they destroyed my roof leaked the same night they finished roofing it I took a video of water dripping down on a pizza box to get there attention and make them come back and fix it they said they would if I took the bad review down and put up a good one I still have trouble with my roof t as they knew I was recovering from cancer and on a fixed income they should have replaced the roof entirely because of the poor job they did I am saving up to do just that even though a new roof was the job in the first place they should have had to pay for all the damage they did to my home but instead they belittled me and made me feel stupid because I'm a disabled woman living by myself shame on you

I have never personally heard anything negative about this company. I have friends who have used their residential roofing services and are very satisfied. This company also offers roofing solutions to industrial facilities and manufacturing plants . They are well diversified and considered extremely capable. In retrospect I should have used them the last time I had a new one put on my home. I made a drastic mistake! I'll call this company first the next time I need one! For Sure!

This company is a complete joke and its a disgrace how they treat their customers. My mother hired them to replace her roof and they demolished her yard and she still has 4 huge ruts in her yard. They will not return calls and refuse to fix the dented gutters the crew that they sent out made to her gutters. No one on the job spoke
English and my elderly mother could not communicate with them. The lady in the office , when they decided to actually answer the phone, was very defensive and rude to myself and my mother and my mother only wants her home and yard restored to its pre- DK Mason roof job condition. Horrible to its paying customers. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
