DK Haney installed a Duro-Last roof on my patio that has a 15 year warranty. After approximately 7 to 8 years, the roof started leaking. I contacted the company and was told by DK Haney personally that the leak would be fixed. Employees of the company were sent out several times and could not locate the leak. They caulked around some loose shingles, which they also had installed, but didn't fix the leak. They cut around the edges of the roof and replaced it with another piece of Duro-Last roof. It still leaked. After more than a year, countless text's and emails, Dustin Haney came out to examine the roof himself. He said he found places around the edge that weren't properly welded and would send an employee out to fix the problem. After waiting for a month or more, I tried to contact Dustin Haney to find out when he would be sending the employee. After several attempts, I never received a reply. After trying to work with the company for more than a year, and my roof leaking every time it rained, I finally gave up and hired a competent roofer for $1032 to fix my roof. I will never use DK Haney Roofing again and would strongly advise anyone to stay away from the company.
