We were so happy to find Divided Sky because our roof needed replaced (mostly aging issues) plus we have 42 solar panels. Divided Sky has expertise in both so they could handle the entire roof replacement and take down/reinstall of our solar panels ! Matt was great to work with, always responsive throughout the entire project and proactive. Their staff had good input on several decision points. Their roofing crew and solar crew worked hard and long days in this summer heat, so impressed. The solar crew was especially stand out in that for the solar panel take down and reinstall days they were always laughing, singing and generally seemed to really enjoy their work. Roof looks great, solar panels are washed and back on generating. Hopefully we won't need another roof on this house for many years to come, though we would definitely utilize and recommend Divided Sky!

We had our roof replaced by Divided Sky in 2023, but after the May 9, 2024 hail storm in San Marcos destroyed the roof shingles, we called Divided Sky and Will came out the next day to assess the damage. He promptly provided estimates for repair, including suggesting a roof with rubberized shingles that can repel hail. The estimates were within the amount the insurance covered, and Divided Sky came out and replaced our roof shortly thereafter. I received a call from my tenant who lives in the house that they thought that we had a roof leak. I called Will to see if Divided Sky could check it out. Will informed me that he was on vacation, but that he would have someone from Divided Sky contact me. Hanna called me the same day. It turned out that it was not a roof issue, but customer service provided by Will from Divided Sky was fantastic. - Kim

Divided Sky replaced my roof and added solar panels after a hail storm damaged the roof. Will Bowers, roofing, and Matt Darst, solar, were both a pleasure to work with and friendly, honest, and professional. They did high quality work on schedule and were always available to answer any questions. The roof and solar panels look great and it's exciting to have the solar addition. The panels they install are made in the US, an added incentive. The system comes with an app that has lots of great information, like solar usage and panel condition. They make sure to let you know that they are available for any support needed after installation, too. Right after the roof was installed, there was golf-ball sized hail. Will inspected the roof shortly after that and said there wasn't a scratch on it! I highly recommend Divided Sky for both roofing and solar.

I found Divided Sky Roofers on the GAF website. They list Master Elite Roofers that they work with - GAF Factory-Certified Roofing Contractors. This is the second GAF roofing contractor that I have used in the past 1 10 years (Craddock Roofing in Katy, TX and Divided Sky in San Antonio, TX).

Thanks to the GAF website, I feel that I had found the best roofing contractors out there - twice. John, the owner of Divided Sky and his team were very courteous and professional. They were all very easy to work with. The work was done on time and extremely fast (which is very important with roof replacements).

I'm really surprised these guys only have 2 ratings! They did a great job, especially Kati in her willingness to do whatever was needed to make sure I understood everything that was going on, the problems and areas of concern, and communicated perfectly throughout the process.
