She scheduled Stacey, the estimator, at my house first thing the next morning and he showed up right on time, a rarity in South Florida. He was also professional, positive and very experienced. Within 48 hours the Distinctive Team showed up right when they said they would and had my roof sealed in short order. Prior to contacting them I got another estimate, and Distinctive was much more reasonable in comparison. I appreciate that their team was accountable and reliable and I would definitely recommend them!

They moved quickly and were extremely helpful in dealing with permitting as well as paperwork associated with the My Florida Safe Home grant program. I would recommend them to everyone. Roof and gutters look great! Pricing was similar to everyone else but their service and speed was top notch. Easy to communicate with as well.
Diane F.this company was supposed to fix my roof a few years ago. i found out shortly afterwards that they did not do the job correctly. the owner was arrogant and nasty after i called him.
i just found out they did not seal my roof correctly and it's been leaking. now the leak is really bad in the same place. i have photos that show they did not seal places they should have and there are terrible cracks under the tile.
do not trust this company. SHAME on them.
