I wish I could give SIX stars here. Discovery did work on my roof six months ago, very prompt, professional, efficient and totally clean worksite. We had some recent high wind storm and some random big piece of chicken wire blew on top of my roof. Guillermo was kind enough to swing back and pull it off the roof for me. Family run business, Gloria takes care of the front office. I will use them again!

This Roofing company is the BEST!! It is a family run business and they treat their customers like family. We had 3 estimates and they were all similar in price but we decided to go with Gil because he seemed so honest and was very willing to go with us changing our minds about the color at least 3 times...it didn't phase him at all...he just said ""Alright I will get MORE samples for you to check out"" We ended up with a beautiful roof and when Gil suggested that we should put in some insulation in the roof he was so right...it was an added cost but it has made the home so much more comfortable in this hot weather in Brentwood and the PGE is cheaper.

They were probably the cleanest Roofers I have ever seen and very meticulous about how they took the two old roofs off..at the end of the day they cleaned up anything that fell on the ground. They had only 2 guys doing the work when it came to the hammering and Thank God they did not have a whole bunch of people...My Sister could never had stood the noise!! She was able to stay in the house the whole time they were working on the roof....And She was so PLEASED!

Gil and Gloria are a great team in the Bay Area roofing business. Gil personally installed a new replacement skylight for me and I will never have to worry about it leaking, as the old one did recently. (The previous owner installed the roof using another company.) I know that Gil will do whatever it takes to make the job right. He has done over 20 roofs in our community and recently, on our clubhouse, simply because he doesn't cut corners. He even replaced an adjoining 100 sq. ft. shed roof one home at no extra charge, just because it looked better. Since this is a manufactured home park, and the homes' wood awnings have special specs, I can count on Gil to ensure his crew does a job that makes the State HCD inspector very happy.

Discovery Roofing came highly recommended to us, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The owner gave us a detailed bid, along with photographs of what needed to be fixed. He was also very good at explaining the various details, which made our decision a lot easier.

The team showed up on time and got the job done in under two days. They were meticulous, paying attention to every detail, and were very polite all the way through. The owner even provided us with photos after the work was done, so we could see the actual progress.

We would certainly use Discovery Roofing's services again, and would be happy to recommend them.

Highly recommended. Our contractor said Discovery Roofing is first-rate, based on good experience he had with them on other jobs. In spite of difficult access via a narrow, steep driveway, Discovery removed and carted away our old roof without a trace and with no harm to the foundation planting. We wanted insulation on the roof, and instead of spray-on foam, for better insulation and longer life they installed sheets of rigid foam, covered with plywood as a base for the shingles. Responding to an unexpected forecast of heavy rain and wind, they covered the unfinished part with tarps securely tied down with ropes. The men working up there over our heads were wonderful people, several of them relatives of the owner, and always willing to help with moving furniture or other heavy lifting. Working with Discovery was a very satisfying experience.
