Direct Source Renovations installed siding on my home in March 2022. On April 10, 2024, a few pieces of siding blew off my home. I called Direct Source and was told that it would cost $750 to make the repairs. I just signed the contract in April of 2023 for payment on the loan.

I made several complaints to the Production supervisors when they were installing my siding and they corrected some of the issues that I could see. I sent emails, texts, and calls. It was stated in my emails I did not feel the work would hold up.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I called a contractor to make the repairs and was informed that they nailed the siding to my vents and the siding was cut too long. He also said there were several other pieces cut wrong. Please do not use Direct Source for your siding.

Had siding installed after Ida and before the warranty expired some came loose after a storm. I've been calling for over 2 months to try to get them to come fix it and all i get is empty promises. I tried reaching out to the owner, and he doesn't even bother to return phone calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

32 weeks and counting. I ordered and paid for hurricane shutters on Aug 3,2022. I was told they were on a 15 week backlog. About two weeks later they measured and ""placed the order."" Two or three weeks later they called to say that the color I wanted was not available so we substituted a different color. I called the office several times before I could get anyone to talk with me. On my most recent call, the ""manager"", Jimmy said that after 30 weeks the roll up shutters were just outside his office but he would have to call me back about the status of the other 12 sets. Since then he won't return my calls.

Can't say enough good about Direct Source. Robert and his team are professional. Their work is high quality. They installed gutters and fascia on my home. They were punctual and finished the job perfectly. It looks fabulous. I highly recommend them. They also did a roof on my parents house. They started in the morning removing the old shingles and finished the job by that evening! We could not be more pleased. Picked up all debris and left nothing in either yard. Thanks so much ! I would have to say superior customer service!
