I called to order a chimney cap to plug a old chimney, and had already returned one i ordered from another company. When I talked to one of their employees, I specifically asked if the cap was just like the photo, and he assured me it was the same, so I ordered it only to find it was exactly like the one I had just returned to another company. Now they want to charge me a restocking fee for something I was assured would be what I was looking for.
Very dishonest company, they knew I would have to return it and they would still make money on it.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!

Had this company completely replace my roof 9/2019 and it started leaking shortly after winter 2021. Had Daniel White out to repair and he said he fixed it but next rain still leaking. Now, he refuses to come out and repair, and just ignores my emails. Don't use this company they don't back the warranty! This was done in Mira Mesa, CA and I don't know why it's say San Francesco

I contacted Direct Roofing to schedule an appointment for a roofing quote. Original appointment date/time was Friday at 4:00 pm. At 2:00 pm on Friday, Daniel called me to ask if our appointment could be rescheduled for Saturday at 2:00 pm to which I said, ""sure no problem"". Come Saturday, I am waiting around for our 2:00 pm appointment and he never showed up. I called Daniel at 2:30 and he did not answer his phone so I left him a voicemail message asking if he was still planning on meeting. No return call and no message since. So without saying, this company is off my list before they even got started. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE GET GO!!!

I found Direct Roofing through the Thumbtac web site, The process for quote and completion of job was great. Daniel the owner works directly with his team, they were prompt, fair, professional, happy and did a great Job. Worked with us to also install a Solar tube and vent for wood burning stove. The job site was located in Campo CA and just the distance they drove each day, arriving on time was appreciated. The job was completed as scheduled in July 2019 and with all the rain we have had, we are very happy.

I've called this company many many times. Daniel even cane out and saw the unit. Afterwards no follow up with quote. I've literally called him and emailed him like 7 times!
