I have worked with Direct Roofing (Marlon specifically) on multiple projects for myself as well as for my clients. He is very professional, set expectation up front, and works fast. He is caring for his clients and does not do unnecessary work. If something needs to be patched instead of a full replacement, he will make the appropriate recommendation. He has done 6 roofs for me and my clients in 2022 and he is absolutely the only guy I go to! He is getting a little busy and his timelines are being pushed out a bit, but that is understandable when you are the best in town.

We did have an issue with one of his jobs where his workers inadvertently hit a hidden water pipe (not their fault as it was hidden in concrete on the roof). This cause some water damage to a recently finished unit. He responded quickly and even though it was not his crews fault, he did his best to make the owner whole. Great business ethics exhibited by this company!
