They Did our roof. Left trash all around the house and we are still finding roofing nails months later. Do not use these people!

I decided to go with Direct Metal Roofing because they had all 5 star ratings just to find out those 5-star ratings were bought by offering the customer a paid wind mitigation in exchange for a 5-star rating.

Not only that, I waited several weeks for the materials to be delivered just to find out the materials had never been ordered. Some how the materials magically appeared a few days later. I was told by Tony he had his best crew on the job. Then I found out they let the guy go that was doing the caulking because he wasn't doing a good job. Finally, I noticed in several places on each side of the roof some of the metal panels didn't match. Tony, tried to say if I had told him sooner he could have addressed the issue. I believe when the materials didn't get ordered when they said they did, they scrounged around to find sheets to put on my roof. I spoke to Tony about the discoloration but he said he couldn't do anything about it because I waited too long. I didn't notice the discoloration for a couple of years. Now it is obvious. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. I don't see this problem on any other roofs they have installed. I would think twice before doing business with the company. I am extremely disappointed in the way my roof has turned out. I found that I was lied to repeatedly by Tony.
