They did a great job at my house. I found them to be honest and reliable. Dick walked me through everything he was going to do and the prices. I would absolutely recommend them .

Dick and his crew did a great job on my house, it was not an easy task and he did it, on the job till it's totally done. No leak after big rain.

These guys are wonderful. They helped me out soo much. They showed up on time. Did there work and cleaned up the mess so well. They took my roof down to the wood and I never found any of that old roofing in my yard. They completed the job on time. I would recommend them to anyone.
Thanks, Rick and Dick you guys were really good to me.

We were looking at replacing our roof this summer. I called Dick out and got a quote. But since most of the tiles on the roof were in good condition, just problematic along the roof spine, he suggested that they do a repair job instead for a fraction of the replacement cost. We've been through the first of the winter storms this week, and so far, so good! They went out to handle my son's roof last week, too.

Dick put a roof on my house 20 years ago. I had a few places sealed, other than that I should get another five years. Very honest, uses high quality materials (obviously) and stands by his work. I would definitely recommend him.

We have an older house and and a leak in the roof. We had called two roofers before this company. One never called back and one didn't show. On home advisor we saw this company and called. Rick arrived quickly and inspected the roof with my husband. He was quick to provide an estimate and was able to start the job soon. His workers were great. Arrived on time and never left a mess. I was very surprised about how clean our property was after they had taken off our old roof. We had our entire roof redone and it looks amazing! We felt his estimate was extremely fair and the quality is great. He arranged everything for the inspections. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent all the all through. They did the normally four-day job in three days. Rick answered all my questions. Easy to work with and conscientious. I received four estimates from various roofers and Madsen's was mid range in price. The estimate said there would be additional cost due to needed wood replacement which was fair. They arranged it so that the needed inspections did not slow down the work. They did various other things such as removing unneeded items from the roof without additional charge.
I would recommend this company to any home owner needing a reroof.

NO STARS. The final cost of our roof was double the estimate. I understand that there are unknowns when removing a roof, but double?? Ridiculous!! Obviously, not qualified to give estimates. I had to call THEM to put a tarp on the roof when rain was expected. When the job was finally completed (about 4 weeks) we turned our heater on and it didn't work. We called out our heating/air conditioning man and when he finally figured out what was wrong, we were told that the roofers cut off the intake vent for the heater. That, of course, was an additional cost and we've tried many times to contact Dick Madsen about being reimbursed. They have never picked up their phone or returned our call. We were also contacted by Madsen's supplier who was going to put a lien on our house because he (Madsen) hadn't paid the supplier. I would let my roof leak before I'd have this company do any work.

Wow first review and it's bad. Well here is my experience. I called many roofers no one returned my call yet. So I call these guys to give them a chance since I see no u stoner reviews and I get let down. I called them and got answer, I told him my situation which is a leak in an apartment I manage and he sounded very promising, he got down my info and told me they were finishing ups few jobs and will be there to take a look at it which made me really happy because the rain is on its way, he then told me he would call me when they were there. It's the next day and I never received a call. No show. The least he could have done was call me to tell me they couldn't make it. Sorry guys but you lost my business. So sad because this is your only review and its a bad one
