I called several companies and this company was only one who had availability. I should have guessed why. Courteous lady but doesn't listen. I have tenants whose heater went out and two of three are super elderly. When I called in Monday they were able to get someone out on Tuesday between 8-12. No one called me when they were done. My tenants son had to message her to let me know they had left. So, I call and ask if they had finished and she said oh they are barely leaving...which was an hour earlier. But hmm ok. She said they need my email address so they can send quote. I told her I don't use my email address to please call me or I can hold to find out. Well guess what? No call and I wake up today to see an email was sent. I was just on hold 10 minutes and then it says missed called please leave a message. I call back and now they answer. She said yesterday the part was available. She has to call and see if it's available today. She can send guy out today if it is. Let's pray it is in stock today as it was yesterday. This the three star review. Had they actually called me every one would be happy today. This would also have been a five star review post. I hope she actually calls me back and let's me know the status of them finding the part and a time frame when they can go out today???? Jus Sayin

I called Diaz Services in El Paso Texas to have my HVAC System inspected and serviced for the Spring and Summer Season. Diaz Services Scheduled me on the day that I requested. The Technician arrived at the time they scheduled me with and he proceeded to inspect my system. He detected a couple of items that could be a problem during the days of heavy usage and took photos of them. I told him fix it and he did. He continued to do the servicing and found everything else was OK. I've called Diaz Services before and always got an excellent response. I have total confidence in this Company. If you need to have your A/C fixed, replaced, or swamp cooler swapped out for refrigerated air conditioning call Diaz Services!

I highly recommend Diaz AC &heating. I live in Florida and my elderly mother and special needs brother live in El Paso and Mr Diaz sent a crew within 2 hrs to my mother's home to place a new A&C when hers stopped working in the middle of summer. The workers were not only professional but they took the time to engage with my brother and explained everything to my mother. They were patient, caring, and super clean.
Today I called because my mother's heater just broke and it's 19degrees in El Paso and Mr Diaz is sending his guys over to repair it. I am eternally grateful for this company.

My evaporative cooler needed to be replaced and I received 4 or 5 different quotes for the job. Diaz services was able to give me a very competitive quote for the work and was able to work with some additional requests. They installed a mini split and converted the evaporative cooler to a new refrigerated air unit. They took extra care and had covid protocols in place. They made sure I understood the entire process as well as financing. Although it was a stressful situation, Mr. Diaz is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He made the entire process as seamless and stress free as it could be and I am so happy that I was referred to him by another happy customer.

Diaz performed a bathroom remodel and the shower tile job was terrible! Grout color was bad, tile uneven, shower drain poorly done, shower fixtures not per specified. This work took forever and what's worse, the person who lives in the house works for Diaz Services and said nothing about the quality of the work.

Our AC unit was leaking lots of water. I called in First American Home Warranty. They scheduled with Diaz Services.

Diaz came out, and looked at the unit for 3 minutes. I was standing right there, and timed it. The technician said the warranty would not cover the service. The fee is always $75.00. He went on to tell me that if he wanted me to fix it they could easily be do it, BUT it would cost 75.00 plus $250.00.

I called a competitor, explaining to him what was happening, and he told me that that was RIDICULOUS! I agreed.

At that point, I had no choice but to give him the $75.00 for absolutely nothing!

I asked him to leave my house. Talk about milking it! The technician failed to access the problem properly, and he knew very well that in El Paso with our hell-hot temperatures, we are hostages! We have no choice but to pay! Well, too bad! I was not going to pay it! I made an appointment with another company, and I know it is not going to cost that much!
I do not recommend this business whatsoever!

UPDATE: We hired a REPUTABLE company to determine what's wrong with the AC unit. Contrary to what Diaz is claiming, they were able to conclusively diagnose the problem without requiring us to pay the exorbitant amount for a ""thorough cleaning"" that Diaz kept demanding. The unit will need parts replaced, as it is very old, but it was not necessary to pay a large amount of money for ""cleaning"" in order to find that out, like Diaz was demanding. This company is just out to take your money. DO NOT HIRE THEM! Beware!

I cannot say enough good things about Diaz Services. I live in Houston and both their customer service in their office and their technicians went out of their way to assist my sister in El Paso with her air conditioner. They also were very helpful with payment.

Great customer service! George was responsive to the phone calls, and John went above and beyond doing the technical part. Air conditioner is finally cooling after the failure fix by other company last month. John was organized and detailed oriented repairing the AC. Looking forward to try their roofing service in the future. Thanks again!
