We bought a house with the worst roof I'd ever seen. It was in really bad condition but Diaz roofing just finished replacing our old roof with a new roof. They not only did an incredible job but they were so easy to work with. The professionalism demonstrated far exceeded our expectations. I am not exaggerating when I say they provided the best customer service I have experienced in as far as I remember. Excellent communication, extremely efficient, tidy, they truly went above and beyond. Jaime truly took the time to do things perfectly. He seems a bit of a perfectionist. They are clear and kind and super respectful of your property and your time. If you need a roofer I highly recommend them!

Jaime Diaz and his crew just finished replacing the roof on our mobile home in Watsonville and I am writing my very first review. Everything the others wrote about Diaz Roofing is absolutely true. A mobile home requires a special permit from Sacramento. We were working with another roofer who presented the lowest bid. Our roof was being replaced by the company we purchased the house from. After waiting 3 months, we complained and the seller called Diaz. He came to the house, prepared his bid and listened as we shared our story. As soon as the contract was signed, he personally drove to Sacramento the next day and that evening came to the house to show us the permit. That was on Friday. On Monday he and his terrific crew began work. Today is Wednesday and they are finished. At the end of each day they left our property so clean I joked about having our roof replaced monthly. My husband and I highly recommend DIAZ ROOFING.

I could tell that I needed to replace the roof of my house in Watsonville before the rains started. I called Diaz Roofing because I wanted the work done by a nearby business. Jaime Diaz answered my call at the end of the day and came first thing the next morning to provide an estimate. He carefully probed the edges of the roof and showed me termite damage to some of the wood, which I had never noticed. The next day he returned with a detailed written estimate, which included the necessary repairs of the wood. He explained why my older house needed more roof vents to meet present standards and also make the attic cooler, which reduces the heat load on the roof and prolongs its life. He said he could start the work the next day! He was there with his crew at the promised time every morning, and did not leave at the end of the day before doing meticulous cleanup of the area around the house. He also has his own new-looking dumptruck to haul away the old roofing, so no ugly dumpster container sitting in your driveway. The new roof looks great, and I recommend Diaz Roofing to anyone looking to re-roof their house.

I could have sworn I already wrote a review but it's not here any longer. I was a Realtor in Santa Cruz County and used Diaz Roofing personally because they were so highly recommended to me for performance, price, quality, materials. They did not disappoint! They were fantastic!! They came out, brought samples of roofing material, ordered it, showed up on time, did an awesome job on my mountain house with six skylights. I had one tiny leak at one of the skylights and they came out in a flash to fix it and it never had any problems the whole time I owned the house (5 years). They cleaned up their debris, even taking a big MOUND of garbage the previous owner of the house had left for me to dump...they said they'd just put it with the rest of the previous roof debris that was being disposed of. The day they finished, it started raining and didn't stop all of November, December, January and part way into February. It was great...no leaks. I recommend them highly and I'm going to use them again on my new house due for a new roof.

Diaz roofing recently completed our roof on our home in Pacific Grove. I can not say enough good things about this company. Jaime Diaz and his team were professional from start to finish. They completed what was a fairly extensive full roof replacement including new trim, rain gutters and downspouts in under 2 weeks. Everyday they showed up to the job site on time and worked solidly throughout the day. They also managed the inspection process with the City of Pacific Grove very well. The biggest compliment I can give them however is how respectful they were to our home whilst they were doing the roof. At the end of each day Mr Diaz and his team cleaned up the job site, leaving it immaculate for their return the next day. Our roof looks fantastic and I am very appreciative for the job that Diaz roofing did for us creating no stress throughout the entire process. Ten years ago when I bought my house I was told my 4 roofers that I needed a new roof. On a whim I picked Diaz Roofing out of phonebook. Mr Diaz called me back, came over promptly, went up on the roof to inspect. I was waiting on the driveway. He told me ""You don't need a new roof, you just need a patch"" ($700) & asked if I wanted to go up ladder to see. Satisfied & very pleased, I had him repair the patch. He told me at the time I had at least 5 years more. I was SO IMPRESSED by his honesty that I've remembered him all these years. Now I do need a new roof. Jaime Diaz was my 1st call. He came right out, inspected the roof gave me his estimate. I also got estimates from 3 other roofers. Mr. Diaz' estimate was right in the middle. It INCLUDED the cost of an upgrade of plywood (city code re thickness), fascia & eaves that need to be replaced and painting of same.
Jaime and his great crew arrived promptly at 7 am on Monday - worked hard all day every day. They were punctual, professional, detailed, neat and very very nice. Each day when they were done, they cleaned up so well one couldn 't tell that there had been any work going on. They finished on Friday - right on time.
DIAZ ROOFING - HONEST, REASONABLE, PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, DETAILED, LOCAL (Watsonville business for many years) AND NEAT!! And Mr. Diaz worked everyday along with his crew....didn't just come to do the sales job and send out guy and show up every few days.
I HIGHLY recommend him. I did also check his references and they raved about him.
