Great roofing company, asked Jose to come fix a leak I never noticed in my ceiling the morning after the SoCal hurricane. He was quick to come do an inspection and had given a very competitive quote (other companies were quoting too high for such a simple job). Nonetheless him and his crew did a great job fixing up my roof and If I have a issues while tiles or consider investing in solar panels I will definitely be giving Diaz Roofing Co another call for his services, thank you Jose Socorro!!!

I called Diaz Roofing and spoke to Socorro Diaz, I explained I needed a roof certificate for a home that was in escrow. He stated that he could go to the home that morning and inspect the roof. After inspecting the roof he stated that he could give me the certification but I would also need repairs completed. Socorro stated I had a couple loose tiles and debris from nearby trees on the roof that would need to be cleared. He advised that this would be an extra charge. I agreed to have the work completed as I needed the roof certificate to close escrow. I paid him, he gave me the roof certificate. I asked if the work would be completed today, he stated no, work would be done the following day. I asked him to let me know when the work was completed. The following day I had not heard from him, I contacted him, he advised that he was busy and would go out the following day. The following day I still hadn't heard from him. I contacted him again to advise that I needed the work done today. He stated that he would go out today and complete the work. Later that day he finally sent a text stating the work had been completed.

If I didn't keep contacting him and finally had to threaten filing a complaint against him (which he laughed at), the work I paid for would not have been completed.
